Worst management. What do you do to make them believe that you will show up on the day & time of appointment? Probably book the appointment & pay the fee in advance? Nope, that's not enough for them. didn't pick up the call they ASSUMED that I won't show up and they didn't call the doctor. I didn't pickup the call because I'm using temporary number while I'm here in Nepal and don't carry that phone all the time because I've another primary phone. All they wanted was to please the doctor, not the customer. If they care about the customer they could have informed the doctor anyway and there is nothing to loose on their side. Why? Because even if I don't show up I've already paid for the doctor and her precious time. Nope they didn't think that way. Amazing!

Visited DentaLife oral concern because of a broken wisdom tooth. Got an appointment very fast and the extraction which barely took 2 minutes was absolutely painless. Definitely recommend the place. Very professional and great service.

Amazing and efficient service, very clean and hygienic clinic, friendly staffs from the second I walked in to the moment I left. Prices were very good, and the cost for all the procedures are explained well before, so that a patient does not have a confusion. I hope I dont have to come back again😅😅, but would love to receive their service everytime I have a dental problem..!

Dr. Sama Pradhan treated me for a root canal and tooth restoration. The whole process from making an appointment to follow-up was an A+ experience. The Covid hygiene protocol is thorough and reassuring. Her front office is friendly and super efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Pradhan.

truly recommend this place to all foreigners looking to do some dental work while traveling or living in Nepal. You will find same quality of service or better than what you have in your own country (I am from Canada) It is also conveniently located clodr to Thamel and the Ratna Park bus station.

Doctor was very nice and as a bonus spoke perfect English. After a 500 rupee consulting fee my cleaning was 3000. Excellent experience.

We live permanently in Sydney Australia and we get our dental checkup done every time we come Nepal. Out of all the other clinics we have been in past 12 years and this one is the best. Now,4 star because they made me pay before the treatment assuming i didn't carry the adequate amount seeing my age or whatever, but that's not for them to assume and who comes to get a treatment empty handed? P.s Didn't know it was their policy, so it's definitely a 5 star.

I had choose dentallife oral concern being based on the Internet reviews. The first impression was really good and place was enough clean and team are enough friendly but if the doctor doesn't know whether the normal filling can work or need rct treatment than its disappointing. I never felt before the treatment. I could feel the pain on my teeth even while drinking the normal temperature water and with full of hope I went with my problems to be taken care but unfortunately they didn't give me good consultant. I don't feel safe any more to take the treatment from Dental Oral Concern paying much expensive for not confidence service!

Dear Gokarna Sir, We are sorry for not being able to make you understand properly. Before you left we assumed you have understood and you agreed to visit us again after a week. 1. We always believe in minimally invasive treatment. If a tooth could be saved with simple filling, then we do not do RCT in the first place. We have already explained you that there is always possibility of RCT in deep filled tooth in future. 2. After your consultation with the periodontist (gum specialist), we explained you that your sensitivity problem was not because of the fillings done, but because of the generalised bone loss and pockets as see in full x-ray. For that, the consultant doctor advised you to do RCT for upper right first and second molar, followed by deep scaling, root planing and gingival curettage in the lower jaw, and flap surgery in the upper jaw. As you were not ready for the flap surgery, we decided to start with deep scaling, root planing, gingival curettage and RCT of the advised tooth. Please do visit us again for consultation again and we will try again to explain better.
A clinic where you come as a guest and where I feel a friend after my first visit. The dentist is very knowledgeable and professional, explain the treatment and the tools are more modern than in my home country the netherlands. A amazing clean clinic with a good price for the treatment what they give to you!

I had 3 appointments with dentalife, including oral surgery. The wonderful team of all women could not have been better. Thorough, attentive and professional. I was checked on and advised about what would be best for me along the way. I would recomend to anyone looking for dental care in Kathmandu. Located just off of Kanti path. Very happy with my end result 🙂

Top class clinic and top quality staff. The photographs of the clinic on their website are real and show you exactly what to expect. Their fees are shown on the website and a more than reasonable especially for expatriates. If there were ten stars I would have given them ten out of ten.

The best dental clinic in town. Very friendly professionals doing their job at their best. My wife had root canal and I had couple of fillings.
