I have been going here for the last four years and think they are the best dentists I’ve been to in my entire life and I’ve lived in seven US states. I just today had a permanent crown put on one of my molars. It was the very first crown and root canal I’ve ever had done. Highly recommend Dr. Melissa and her staff. Dr Natalia did my crown and was amazing.

Great dentist. Very professional operation. They were able to replace 4 crowns in less than a week and the price was very good. I was recommended by another Canadian friend and the waiting room was full of Anglos. Staff is fluent in English. I highly recommend dentalestetico.

I really wanted to like this place. The receptionist is nice, the office is very clean and pleasant, I loved the teeth cleaning experience too. However, I had a few less than favorable experiences. Mexican and adjusted the price to match his. I returned for a filling, no pain which was great. But I was over-novacained and had a numb mouth for 10 hours. In which I had to return the next day to have the filling filed down. Fast forward to a little over a year and that filling is coming loose (which shouldn’t happen if a resin is done properly; should last up to 10yrs). My husband called and they said I would need to schedule a consult and pay for a new filling. That being said, if you need a cleaning it’s a good option but I wouldn’t recommend coming for a filling.

Regarding the pricing, there may have been an error during the initial estimate, which was corrected as soon as the situation was clarified. As for the resin restoration, from your first appointment it was explained that this tooth was indicated for an inlay; however, you chose to proceed with a resin filling. Dr. Melissa is absolutely amazing. She did a 6-tooth bridge for me and the results were perfect—so good that I ended up having her do 8 fillings, an AirFlow cleaning, and a custom night guard as well. Today I went for my first dental cleaning and checkup in Mexico. I enjoyed the visit more than my previous dentist appointments in Texas. I love that the staff is all female. They are very friendly and work quickly and efficiently. This will definitely be my new dental clinic.

We come to Dental Esthetic for ALL of our dental needs. Crowns, implants, and cleaning. Our Florida Dentist is very nice but doesn't have the technology. Dr Melissa has been so gentle with my wife who has been terrified of going to the dentist. We were talking to someone yesterday that said "You guys have the nicest teeth I have ever seen." I had several fillings and a root canal done at DentalEstetic, and the experience was excellent. The entire team was professional, attentive, and explained every step of the process clearly. They never rushed, made sure I was comfortable at all times, and the prices were fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care in Puerto Vallarta.

i have a root canal followed by a crown work both With Dr Melisa M in June/July 2025. The Dental office/clinic was very clean and the staff was very polite and proffesional. i am very happy with the work done on my tooth. They are not cheap in PVR but the meet all my expectations

y responded in under an hour, answering all my questions. They stated that they could see me Monday morning (the day after my arrival). Perfect! OFFICE AND STAFF - The lobby is bright and comfortable with a mini bar of water, teas, and coffee. The front desk team is very welcoming and they speak excellent English. When I was escorted back to meet Dra. Natalia de la Torre and her assistant, Dra. Gladys Rodriguez, they were very hospitable! The rooms are beautifully designed, and the equipment is very high-tech! They were able to take electronic/digital X-rays from my chair and view the images within seconds, telling me what teeth needed attention and which ones could wait. I ended up with 5 appointments over the course of a week to complete all the work I needed (read on!). Dra. Natalia and Dra. Gladys became friendly faces each morning I arrived, ensuring I was always comfortable. CROWNS - Initially, I thought I needed one crown. However, decay had spread to the tooth next to it and required both a crown and a root canal. They started on these two teeth, set in two temp crowns (provisionals), and scheduled me to return for both the root canal and teeth whitening over the next two days. ROOT CANAL - On the second appointment I was introduced to Dra. Melisa Meneses. This being my first root canal, she set my mind at ease and completed the work in just under an hour. It was pain-free! Much like the rest of the team, Dra. Meneses and her assistant were wonderful. WHITENING - I have explored cosmetic dentistry options before, but it all seemed very unaffordable in the states. My smile had become uneven and discolored with older “white” fillings (and one chipped tooth). Dra. Natalia took one look at my smile and recommended the Pola Office Whitening first, and then replace the old compound fillings with porcelain. Yes please! I was elated to have someone take the time and effort to improve my smile right then and there. :) The work they did was exceptional and I admit I got a little emotional. (Check out the before and after photos). COST - Two crowns, a root canal, the whitening and the replacement of 6 old fillings cost me $100 less than the cost of ONE crown in the US. Add in the above-and-beyond service of Dra. Natalia and team, plus the quality of their work, and I was asking myself "why hadn't I done this sooner??!!" Some additional advice if you choose DentalEstetic for your dentistry needs while vacationing in PV: 1. Plan for at least 1-2 additional appointments in the event of a setback (i.e. a crown may come back from the lab with an issue or you might learn that you need additional work such as a root canal). 2. Have the address pinpointed or take a screenshot of Google Maps on your phone. I had two local taxi drivers lose their minds because there are two identically-named streets in the neighborhood with conflicting address numbers. In conclusion, I have to say that in all my years the time at DentalEstetic turned out to be one of the best dentistry experiences I’ve ever had. I feel like they’re hermanas. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with every aspect of the service I received at Dental Esthetic. The tech they use is awesome from a 3D mock up of my proposed new smile, to on the on site ability to make up my crowns and the care the staff took to assure I was always comfortable and pain free. I’ve never felt so comfortable and calm at a dentist office as I did at DentalEstetic in PV. The doctors were so thorough with their exams and explained everything in detail.
