injected the anesthetic (you can't feel it with a good dentist except for a pinch of the needle). 15 days of torture, they couldn't numb the tooth for root canal treatment. The pain was there anyway, you could even hear people screaming from other rooms because there was more than one. No temporary teeth for which they quote a price. Two weeks with filed teeth, some only root canal-treated. Try crowns that move. On the last day, they put them in place an hour before leaving without any chewing test. Conclusion: When I returned to Italy, I had to have my wisdom tooth removed because it had been filed down and was in pain. Then, three years later, a cleaning was done with a panoramic x-ray, which revealed that one implant wasn't attached to the tooth, so another implant next to it was weakened and unfortunately today it came out along with the two crowns. It's better to pay in installments in Italy. I'll pay a few more years, but at least the work is done by a specialist. Don't trust these people. Don't make the same mistake I did. Comfort: I've never felt pain during the anesthesia injections I experienced at your clinic, so I don't think it's comfort. I've had all the checkups in Italy.

After the completion of the work, we received no further communication from you, nor were any follow-up visits performed at our clinic. Regular check-ups and professional monitoring are essential for the maintenance and long-term stability of implants and prosthetics. Regarding the experience described, we wish to clarify that all procedures are performed according to standard medical protocols, by qualified dentists, with particular attention to patient comfort and safety. The situations described in the review do not reflect the clinical environment and standards we maintain on a daily basis. My experience has been fantastic, from the first time we contacted the clinic until today, three years later. The staff is always kind and always available to help, and they are very professional. Both my husband and I are patients at the clinic and have always been satisfied.
Be careful from this clinic. Make sure you understand the treatment plan and costs upfront and everything you are going to spend. I’ts a very unpredictable experience, patients who aren’t “high-profile” feel ignored. I would not recommend this clinic because on their first plan is money and not the costumer care. Shame!

The focus of this clinic is Money and not the dental health of the patients. A small tooth problem can be magnified because they want to make you spend more. It's a shame to choose this clinic. Disappointed!

The experience was fantastic. I had a great time. I thank Dr. Miki, who looked after me from day one. He is a courteous, kind, and patient person, with the utmost professionalism, like everyone else. Thanks also to Doctors Patrizia and Raffaella, who performed the dressings, and all the staff at the Surgery and Reception departments, etc. This is a dental clinic I would recommend, and everyone.
