time, they were crooked and I couldn't chew properly. The second time, my incisors chipped after a week, and on top of that, I had a third-degree jaw that I've never had in 51 years of life. When I speak, it feels like I have no teeth above me, and it flattened my upper lip, whereas before it was fuller despite having a bridge that was placed on me when I was 16. Yes, it's my jaw's conformation, but they weren't able to correct it. I came back for the third time, Mr. Giammarco here in Bari had told me that in one day, even a Saturday, they would fix everything for me, explaining to me what and how they would come, hiding the protruding jaw. Instead, they only fixed my chipped teeth and gave me chewing on the back teeth because initially they had also given me chewing on the front teeth (which is not usually given) and that is why they had chipped, justifying themselves that they could not do more than that because I had this jaw and therefore it was up to me. I contacted the director again. Mr. Giammarco for the last time had me speak to his assistant who already knew my problems, telling me that the latter would call me, but almost two months have passed and they have not contacted me again, perhaps I have become an unwanted patient. The positive thing is that I chew better. I was very disappointed and fooled because I expected professionalism that I did not find because it is too easy to do teeth for those who have no problems. Then why did the first permanent one, even though it was done crooked, hide my third-degree jaw while these didn't? I can only say that I was either superfluous or very unlucky. !!! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone because it also hurts psychologically. I still feel bad about it and my anger when I went to that clinic because I couldn't chew anymore. The bridge had almost completely fallen off because my stumps were ruined. I had so much patience and so much trust in them, but in the end it didn't help. In any case, I won't go back to that clinic again. I still thank all the staff for their kindness and good luck to everyone!!
