It was just coming into Season so Was lovely and quiet. The hotel room and all The facilities were fabulous. The grounds, including a lift through the rocks down to A cove, is just gorgeous. The transfers are always on time. Comfy and something you don’t have to Worry about. Teeth (in my opinion) look Great. Very natural. I was asked lots of questions to get what kind of look I was after and they did them exactly how I Asked them To be. Payment is taken at your first consultation. I paid via debit card at no extra charge. WhatsApp is their preferred contact method and it works very well. Contact is maintained, questions answered promptly. I would without a doubt recommend Dental ays.

They arranged for a premium, private taxi transfer (not a shared shuttle, but a luxury service) to pick me up right from my hotel. The driver was professional, courteous, and prompt. It took all the stress out of logistics. Everything was seamless and first-class. ​Now, let's talk about the dental wizards themselves. Dr. Yonca, the dentist, is quite simply a master of her craft. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and yet remarkably gentle. She took the time to explain the entire plan with total transparency, addressing my fears about implants. Her meticulous attention to detail during the multiple procedures—implant placement, and fitting of the final crowns and bridge—was remarkable. I have never trusted a doctor more. And working perfectly in sync with her was her wonderful assistant, Rabia. Rabia is not only professional and efficient but also deeply kind and reassuring. Together, they made a stressful experience feel comfortable and even pleasant. They are an unstoppable, compassionate team. ​The clinic facility itself is pristine, modern, and boasts incredibly high standards of hygiene and technology, which gave me huge confidence. ​The final result? My smile has been completely restored and is brighter, more functional, and more confident than I ever imagined possible. After a long day of procedures, there is nothing better than heading there. The waitress at the bar is absolutely lovely and provides professional service with a smile. After seeing multiple cosmetic dentists in the U.S., I was told that crowns would have likely been a more structurally sound option in my case. They also explained that my bite and muscle activity were never properly stabilized, something that was not addressed during my treatment abroad. While I understand there can be differences in professional opinion, I am now dealing with issues that could potentially have been prevented. My current dentist has recommended redoing the front six teeth because they have shifted and are now being pushed against each other, which is contributing to the problem. The clinic in Turkey asked for x-rays and even requested that my U.S. dentist write a letter explaining the concerns. However, after providing everything, they ultimately said they did not agree with his treatment plan. Communication became very frustrating, they went back and forth with me for about 10 days, requesting multiple video calls and repeatedly asking what I felt would be fair. I requested a partial refund for the top six teeth ($3,000), which doesn’t even begin to cover the cost I am now facing in the U.S. They offered for me to return to Turkey so they could replace two veneers, but this is not a realistic solution. It would cost me more to fly back than the value of fixing just those two teeth, not to mention I would have to take significant time away from my business and my three children. There was also no clear timeline provided for treatment if I returned. Ultimately, I was not given a meaningful or practical resolution, only a temporary fix that does not address the underlying issue. I am sharing my experience as a warning to others considering dental work abroad. While everything may seem perfect at first, the long-term support and accountability may not be there when problems arise.

I arrived in Turkey over hour wait for transfer, two different hotels rooms on different areas of the building for me and my kids Which was shocking!!! My dental treatment plan agreed from uk which was agreed changed to give me a full mouth of crowns and almost 15 teeth multiple implants extractions and a further 2 more turkey visits asking almost 11k for just alone my smile treatment when i have zero issues with majority of my teeth, i don’t mind minor changes or allowing me to treat the problem i went for instead thinking of there pocket! The amount this company will have hidden costs beware, also dental work that need doing in 10/15 years they will try making money and get rid of your good teeth sooner because they think ahead and clearly making massive money instantly!!! So i had to find a different dentist in the space of 2 days get multiple quotes and get my treatment elsewhere! My Turkey trip was traumatic in the beginning thank god found someone else in time otherwise i would have waisted my time and money. Beware of dentalys ime very upset Hidden costs yes!!!! And massive changes in treatment plan for someone who isn’t emotionally prepared for 15 teeth extractions implants and multiple turkey visits isn’t good! I have teeth that still have life in them telling me remove teeth that currently function fine, ime not even 40 yet was ridiculous! (15+ teeth extractions) Stop robbing people of money suiting your pocket respect peoples emotional needs!! Your other customers who stayed with me at the hotel said the same you did more unnecessary work and made money off them!!! Very bad This is my honest review and i just had to share it, i was not happy with you Thanks and all the best!!!

Every single member of the staff was exceptional – friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. They explained every step clearly, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free. I had 9 dental implants and a few extractions, and honestly, I can’t believe how smooth everything went. The procedures were done so gently and professionally that I barely felt anything. Considering how complex the treatment was, the level of comfort I experienced is something I didn’t expect at all. What impressed me the most was not just the medical quality, but the way they treat you as a person. They really make you feel cared for, not just like a patient. I don’t have enough words to thank them for everything. I’m truly grateful for this experience and for the confidence they gave me.
