I am satisfied with the treatment received at Dental Villa last week. I felt very promising doctor and staffs about their treatment and safe working environment. I would recommend for best dental treatment in the city.
The cleanliness of the instruments is questionable. The doctor filled two fillings for me in 10-15 minutes, and one fell out after a month. When I went to get a new one, it turned out I had to wait for another doctor, who told me I had to pay. He began explaining that it was my fault because I was eating solid food. back, I would have to pay. When I insisted that it was his job and his responsibility, I received no clear answer! I have doubts about the cleanliness of the instruments. The doctor made two fillings for me in 10 minutes, while one filling fell out after a month. When I came to fill them again, it turned out I had to wait for another doctor, who told me I had to pay. He began explaining that it was my fault because I was eating solid food. After my indignation, the doctor said he would do it this time, but if I came back, it would be paid for me. I didn’t receive any intelligible answer to my statement that this was his job and his responsibility!

No doubt, we are providing quality oral health services including braces by specialists at affordable cost in safe environment. In your case, we have performed your filling with world's one of the best filling material (3M ESPE) which lasts longer provided you need to take care of with hard foods as per your filling location (proximal surface), those advise were given to you before as well. The same filling lasts for 10-15 years to others but why not in you, please think about it. Despite of your fault, we performed your filling again in free of cost for the shake of good will. It's not the home appliance or things where you can ask for warranty and guarantee, although we work with best materials, technique and technologies for the long lasting result provided patients have to follow the instructions given. We are using everything including instruments sterile (autoclaved) and disposable items by considering the safety of patients, ourselves and our staffs.
