April 22, 2024 I went to this dental office, but it was the worst decision I could have made. I got four fillings in my front teeth because I had cavities, but they did a terrible job. They left the cavities on the inside and a hole inside. It was the worst. I don't recommend this office. People, if you're coming from the US, get them done here. I came here from another country to have my teeth fixed. The consultation fee here was $30 and the dentist wanted $95 per each tooth to fix, i was ok with that. The secretary lated texted me saying my total was $700 I advised her that the dentist told me I would spend around $500 total with anesthesia and all. We really sorry for the inconvienience. Dr. Alex Martínez in effect tested positive for COVID-19 on monday oct 4th, and since that moment he is isolated at home until oct 17th. The consultation fee in our clinic is $30 at this date in effect, it includes clinical diagnosis and complete set of digital periapical X-Rays. We never rise the fees no matter who is the patient; is important to say, that in El Salvador exist a vast majority of dental clinics, each of one has its own fees, and we respect that; ours are established based on a lot of factors, such as: biosecurity protocols, fair employees conditions, responsible tax contributions, the best possible investment in technology, dental materials, continued education, etc. About the treatment fees in your particular case, it appears there are some missconceptions, we apologize for that. And will be in communication with you in private, in order to clarify all your possibles questions. With respect to Instagram post, is an agency who managed that, and schedule the post weekly, they had instuctions to publish that post when the IG account reached the 10K followers, the picture of Dr. Alex in cosplay was taked a week before. We apologize again for this health issued situation and hope to give you all possible clarifications you need. Our patients satisfaction is our main priority.
Thanks to Dr. Alex, my mom has a beautiful smile. He placed implants, and I'm so grateful for the way he helped her. We had to travel abroad several times, and Dr. Alex understood that and worked around our schedules. He's very professional, and I recommend him to everyone if you want excellent work.
