I loved the service. Dr. Viviana is very kind and charismatic. The treatments are multidisciplinary. I had teeth whitening and a smile makeover, and the result is "naturally beautiful teeth." 100% recommended.

The worst service experience. Cheap is expensive. I found them on Instagram, and right away they asked me for 50,000. I told them I didn't know them. I was wary of paying money through a link because it wasn't even a secure option. I told them I'd go and pay there because a link on Instagram didn't give me any security, and the response was that if I didn't like their policies, I'd be damned,…

and they blocked me. Super rude! Imagine putting the trust of our oral health in professionals who have zero customer service. I think it's lucky I didn't go. Respect is important in all areas.

Once payment is received, we generate an electronic invoice for our clients as proof of payment. We are a legally established dental clinic located at Calle 120a #7-36. We have excellent facilities, equipment, professionals, and specialists from the best universities in the country. Our evaluation, which currently costs 50,000 pesos, includes a complete odontogram, high-resolution intraoral photographs, a complete diagnosis and treatment plan, intraoral X-rays, and immediate consultation with a specialist in endodontics, prosthodontics, and implantology, if necessary. We offer medical consultation within the clinic for all our patients, and if needed, we can also schedule an anesthesiology consultation during the evaluation itself, should the patient require it for procedures such as implantology or surgery. All this installed capacity generates costs, which is why the advance payment for the assessment is required.
