The doctor is a fraudster, just like most of his colleagues in private clinics, and he doesn't know either. First, I came for an examination because of one tooth where he didn't notice a periodontal plug. But he quickly concluded that a completely different tooth had fractured, that it needed to be extracted and that implants were needed. I got an offer. Now, there's a problem. Since the bridge and the tooth (the bridge support) are only a few months old, I'm going to complain to the former dentist and ask for a refund. To do that, I need a written report, which the doctor is resolutely refusing. So, either he's lying that the tooth had fractured and that everything needs to be replaced, or he.... I informed the HKDM about not issuing a report, where they wrote in an email that every dentist, private or state, is obliged to issue a report after the examination. I'm forwarding that email to the dentistry and aesthetics clinic, they're totally ignoring it. I call and demand that they act on their chamber's email, to which a rude female person on the other end replies: we will not give you the report and we will not harm your colleague. The report is an offer you received. I said: please??? Please, what is your name, who am I talking to? She replies: what do you care, I don't have to tell you my name. Conclusion: if they could, they would even cheat their own mother in her grave for a few euros. P.s I took the CBCT scan to Perkovcevo and to several other dentists who told me there was no fracture or inflammation. So, the doctor wanted to cheat me in order to rob me. He would extract my tooth, which is still fine, and install implants, to make money.. Be careful who you trust! From me, rating 1

The staff is very cheerful, kind, helpful, they try to adapt each appointment to you as much as possible. Dr. Goran is extremely professional, he explains everything you are interested in nicely. He installed an implant for me without any problems, pain… Dr. Dora - extremely approachable, patient, kind, and sweet (as are the nurses). She installed a crown on my implant, I am very happy with the entire procedure and the final appearance of the tooth. She made every visit extremely pleasant. Highly recommended!!

The woman at the reception assures me that the doctor will not see me without an orthopan, even though I told her that I don't want to do it again because I had it done recently but I don't have it. And then the radiologist comes and persuades me to take a picture because it doesn't emit radiation. And so she persuades me even though I repeated several times that I don't want to do an orthopan again. And that I came for one tooth. Then she persuades me to take a quadrant scan. So when she takes a picture of *half of the orthopan* she erases it and says that it's not good and that I should stay because they'll take another picture. But she could have noticed "OO, you have implants!" It's not like she asked anything, nor did the receptionist. The doctor is professional, but what's the point of that for them. Obviously, it's impossible to do a couple of teeth, it's all or nothing, without an orthopan that the radiologist says doesn't emit radiation (no matter how many times they repeat it) and the receptionist says that there won't be an examination. A madhouse, they don't communicate with each other but they know how to panic and persuade and lie.
