Amazing people and they do amazing work. I had a Root canal done and they did an outstanding job. They booked me an appointment right away. This is the place to come for any dental work!

This place was really accommodating and very easy to find! Walking distance from my usual food & drink spots! Called 5 min beforehand and they were able to take us on the spot and they speak fluent English! Close to the border and very clean facilities. Went for a teeth cleaning and they were very thorough and did an amazing job! They also give a medical pass to cross the border faster!
Clean office, friendly English speaking staff, and easy to get to. Drive across the border to save $$$ on dental services.
I was in the dentist chair for almost 8 hours. Dr. Marquez stayed after hours to finish all the dental work I needed. She was gentle and kind and explained things clearly. The staff here are accommodating and do an awesome job. My teeth were a challenge but the result is beautiful. The office is exceptionally clean and many precautions were taken for patients health. Great team of dental professionals, high standards and great customer service. Ours was a memorable Medical Tourism experience 😁 US based team helped us setup an appointment with estimates on procedures. d. We walked to a nice Vegan restaurant nearby. The best part of the entire experience was the staff, who spoke fluent English and were honest with providing recommendations on procedures and transparent costs. Kudos to the team!

They are very professional and they do a very good job. In California they never did a good dental cleaning for me, here in Dental Solutions Tijuana the cleaning is very, very good. And my whole family has undergone different treatments and they are very happy.
Excellent service and value. Great for expats or Americans coming thru to get some dental work done. They do speak both Spanish and English. Friendly. Fair price, still less than you’d pay in the states. Make sure you understand the parking app when you park. If not May make sense to simply have a taxi bring you. I’ll be back. As this is my 5th time coming and love it every time.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They made the process as easy as possible and offered multiple options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a dentist!

Dental Solutions is a great dental office. They did my braces and implants and do my regular cleanings and whitenings. The office is easy to find. The place is always very, very clean, the staff is friendly and professional. My othodontist Dr. Marcela is absolutely wonderful. I have referred friends and family here for everything from cleanings to dentures.
My wife has been going here for years. She had her braces done. Had implants after braces. I had cavities done and today we are here for routine cleaning. They have always been very professional and extremely friendly.

I am very happy with the treatment for my braces and the dental work here! I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. Everyone is very nice and has been helpful and accommodating. They do really great work at a reasonable price!

I am very disappointed with Dental Solutions. I really like the staff. They are very friendly with lots of attention when you get there. I went there 2 months ago to do a root canal on my molar and they were very nice. tooth was being fixed i would't mind. So she finished and after i left the tooth was with a lil pain but they say would go away with 1 to 2 weeks. The pain went away but still something uncomfortable on my tooth. It seems that my tooth was higher that the others and finally got really inflamed and i contact them back to speak about it. I talked with the receptionist , i believe Luis, and explain to him what was happening and that i was in bad pain. I need some meds to get the issue stable and he told me that would contact the doctor that did the job and would get back to me right away. Unfortunately 2 days pass and i did not hear from anyone as my face got really swallow. My chick look like a ball now and i had to contact the emergency. I got the meds and the emergency told me that was a bad work from the person that did it. They prescribed anti-inflammatory, pain killer and antibiotics. Everything was made by phone call and I just needed to go to CVS to grab them. I am really sad to report this because i liked them and its a family business but if you can't do the complete job you can't leave it open and have someone to finish and make a BIG MISTAKE. I AM SORRY MAMA BUT I AM THE ONE THAT'S PAYING THE PRICE NOW. I WILL HAVE TO HAVE MY TOOTH PULL OUT BECAUSE YOUR MISTAKE. I SPENT ALMOST U$1,000.00 FOR IT AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD HAVE SPENT U$ 200 DOLLARS MORE WITH A BETTER CLINIC THAT I HAD LINED UP BUT I READ THE REVIEWS AND TRUSTED IN YOUR CLINIC. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WHOEVER IS READING THIS REVIEW I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR ROOT CANAL OR IMPLANTS. PLUS THEY DID NOT GET BACK TO ME ABOUT THE MEDICATION THAT I NEED IT ASAP. SORRY TO REPORT THIS BUT I DONT WANT NO ONE PASS FOR THE PAIN THAT I AM PASSING PLUS HAVING TO PULL MY TOOTH OUT AND SPEND MORE MONEY DOING A IMPLANT. HOPE THIS REVIEW HELP OTHER TO DONT DO THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE. GRACIAS PS- PHOTO CANT SEE HOW BAD IT IS BUT YOU CAN SEE THAT ONE SIDE IS VERY DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER SIDE. PS2- STILL DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE CLINIC. Update: I went to two differents dentist to see if I could save my tooth but due to the damage caused by the infection I had to pull the tooth out and eventually gonna have to put an implant. Worst experience of my life. Thanks Dental Solutions Tijuana. :(
