To my surprise, when I arrived, they assigned me a different doctor, which I didn't agree with, especially since I was specific about it at the time of the appointment. The cleaning service, compared to other places, could be improved. At other clinics, they always rinse your mouth with water before and after the cleaning, cover your eyes with goggles…

during the cleaning, and take care to keep saliva from getting all over your face. At this clinic, they don't seem to care about these things, which is very uncomfortable. And importantly, my gums have never bled during a cleaning before, but that happened here; they were too thorough.

Over the years, we have had a variety of dental services performed at Dental Solutions including check-ups, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants. We have always been extremely satisfied with the results after these procedures. Dr. Arturo and his staff are very friendly, capable, and professional. The Dental Solutions office is very welcoming, clean, organized, and well-maintained. Their prices are very reasonable and they use state-of-the-art equipment. We are happy to give them a 5-star review as well as our highest recommendation.

OMFG Went in for a toothache and he did several xrays of my teeth. VERY ROUGH, after 2 days I have several bruises on the roof of my mouth and gums from him JAMMING the plastic film holder into position! NOT IMPRESSED!

Hello, Denny. We take diagnostic consultations seriously and perform appropriate evaluations, including X-rays and cold sensitivity tests. As the oral cavity is delicate, we take care to ensure patient comfort and inform them in advance if temporary discomfort is expected. Individual sensitivity varies, and given that several teeth were evaluated, some sensitivity was anticipated. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly.
Not great work,definitely would never use this dentist again, I don't take giving a bad review lightly.

Hello, we were surprised to receive your negative feedback, especially several months after your visit. In 2025, when you first visited us for an estimate, you chose not to proceed with our services. Then, in June of the same year, you returned but had dental work performed by a different dentist. Although we advised you about the maladjusted resin restorations they have made, you chose to have only one of them addressed and another procedure in the same area. Our crowns were properly adjusted and functioning correctly at that time. You indicated that everything was fine, and we confirmed that your bite was properly aligned. Although a follow-up appointment was scheduled for November, you did not attend. Unfortunately, we cannot attach clinical evidence, conversation captures or X-rays to support our position in this comment. We also attempted to contact you to better understand your concerns, but did not receive a response. Based on our records and clinical evaluation, we are confident that the treatment provided was appropriate and correctly performed.

only two. Anyone reading this who may be familiar with traditional practices knows this is virtually impossible. I can say if I attempted this in the US it would have taken many years to do and I would need a second mortgage. I was able to get my entire upper for the cost of maybe 5 veneers in the US. Dr. Arturo did all the following in one sitting : replaced a bridge, 2 caps, multiple crowns and removed a large metallic filling. I left the first visit with temporary teeth that looked perfect. Needless to say I was thrilled my wife was speechless. She was concerned I may look like the Trivago guy, but I did not and they looked amazing. I didn’t want my vacation to fly by but I would be lying if I said I couldn’t wait to see what the finished veneers were going to look like. I had the prep work done on my 3rd day there and the veneers 5 days after. I was blown away at how different I looked with beautiful teeth, that had the exact shape and feel of my own before the work! My wife said she has never seen me smile so much in her life. My friends and coworkers were absolutely shocked at how perfect my teeth look now. We did not tell anyone we were about to do a little medical tourism. I say we because my wife got a cleaning, and a new crown. She loves the Dr. I am going to get the lowers done after I get them straightened out with Invisalign. I recommend Dr Arturo and his staff to anyone looking for a highly professional and efficient dentist. You can not do better. This guy literally changed my life..

I had some serious crown work done over then course of a week in February 2025. Went home and everything is holding up perfectly. My local dentist was also impressed by the work.
