Honestly, your transition from the start of the appointment to the end of the appointment was remarkable and quite impressive so if I could review you, it would also be a 5-star! Sometimes you just have to make that leap and make the appointment, it's the hardest part (thanks Mrs. Miell) :) . We have really tried to position ourselves to be the centre people who may be a little (or alot) nervous about the dentist can turn to. Even if it's only for information or to look around and discuss options. This review helps get that word out so I am truly thankful. Building someones confidence back into dentistry (which admittedly used to be downright scary *remembers childhood*) is without a doubt the most satisfying part of the job. I truly appreciate you taking the time to come here and write that, if others benefit from it, that's great, but I'll tell you something certain, I definitely have! Response from the owner 7 years agoThanks Benjamin, really appreciate the feedback. I've always felt the need to be thorough with every patient, every time. However, when it comes to the little ones, they need a little extra TLC... they need to have as many good experiences at the docs to ensure they grow up with the right fundamentals to look after their own health later, as well as maintain their health now.
