I had a great experience at Dental Smile Clinic. I came in for teeth scaling and a dental check-up with Dr. Ploy. She was extremely gentle, kind, and professional. The treatment was smooth and comfortable — I felt truly well taken care of. The clinic is clean, modern, and the staff are all friendly. Even though I live in Bangkok, I wouldn’t mind coming back regularly. Highly recommended!

I then sat in the waiting area for 35 minutes past my appointment time, only to be told to go upstairs and wait another 20 minutes. That’s when I decided to leave. Another customer also walked out at the same time for the same reason. Here’s what I don’t understand: the clinic clearly has the ability to call, text, email, and leave voicemails to remind patients about appointments. If the clinic knows they are running significantly behind schedule, why not use that same system to inform patients before they arrive? Instead, patients show up on time and are expected to sit and wait indefinitely. One of the staff mentioned they are short staffed. If that’s the case, then appointments should be scheduled with more realistic timing instead of stacking patients back-to-back and making everyone wait. The dentist may be good, but the clinic’s scheduling system shows very little respect for the patient’s time. A doctor’s time is not more important than the customer’s time. After five years of being a patient here, walking out of my appointment because of poor scheduling was disappointing. Unless the clinic improves how it manages appointments, I will likely find another dentist in Pattaya who respects their patients’ time.

We communicated via email in advance, they responded quickly and were helpful. Friendly staff and doctors. The clinic was clean and I felt comfortable there. But I paid more than we agreed in advance, which I don't like. And there was also a problem with finding the clinic because the address they sent me in the email was different from the actual one.

I don't know why expats are recommending this place, they always charge the maximum fees and use very bad quality materials that won't last a couple of months. I did 3 fillings in this clinic and all of them fell within months. And I have fillings from other clinics that lasted more than 10 years.

We warranty our works. Please return to fix it ASAP. We are agreed it is unusual for 3 months filling fall off and there might be something wrong. However, we try to check your name “nolan” on our patient records on 2025 and 2026 but we don’t found it. So, we cannot contact you or provide any instruction for this matter.
