Dr. Hernán Báez Rubio is an excellent professional. He explains things incredibly well and has treated my daughter and me very well and kindly during just over two years of treatment. The only negative aspect is the WhatsApp support, which is truly terrible. For simple requests, they respond whenever they feel like it, usually hours later or the next day.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The young woman who performed the procedure was lovely and explained everything I needed to know; she was very attentive and helpful.

I had a terrible experience with the receptionist. She scheduled an appointment for me tomorrow at 1:00 PM to begin my treatment. When I called her today to reconfirm, she told me I wasn't scheduled and that the clinic would be closed for repairs. She said she could only schedule me for 3:00 PM, but since I had already requested time off work for 1:00 PM, I couldn't request another appointment.…

She didn't apologize at all for the inconvenience or the lack of prior notice. Her only solution was to offer me an appointment in April. Unfortunately, this has made me lose all confidence in her, which is a shame considering the doctor who saw me seemed very kind and professional. I hope to find her at another clinic.
