The doctor was very kind, spoke very nicely, and had a very gentle touch.
I have been here last month to treat a decay on my molar tooth. I chose to wait before writing a review because i wanted to be 100% sure before tarnishing the spotless reputation of this clinic. I had to pay for x-ray which is fine (other clinics in chiang mai do x-ray for free) and then she tells me i urgently need a root canal. than the private hospital. And about 40% more than all the other dental clinics in chiang mai. But guess what? After checking up with other dentists everyone agreed i didn't need a root canal but simply a filling. They tried to scam me big, and if i had trusted them i would have been going through a very painful process, and possibly lifetime problems. I believe all these good reviews are fabricated. I advise others to double check with other dentists before trusting what these people say.

Dear Mr.Claudio I’m Doctor a Lily whom you mentioned about. First of all, I am very sorry that I made you think that I wanted to trick you into giving me money by misdiagnosing. I have gone back to check the dental records that I have given you before describe the details here. The reason you came to me was your second lower molar on the left side had a large cavity caused by an impacted wisdom tooth and you need to do the filling, so we had you do an x-ray to make sure what was going on. Before doing the X-ray, i informed you that there would be a charge (250THB)and you were ok so we continued, The X-rays showed that your tooth was large decayed on the distal side which is deep and might involved the pulp , also the sign of pulpal horn recession which is reaction of inflammatory response. When I told you what I’ve found, you also said that your previous dentist in your country had also mentioned that this tooth might need a root canal. From all the details and borderline xray result, i decided to refer you to our Endodontist for further evaluation. It’s might not be treated only with the filling if the cavities reach the nerve, the endodontist will be the one who really decided whether you need root canal treatment or not. I have already informed you about the price of root canal treatment (in case you needed) because there is a huge price difference between a filling and a root canal. And I let you decide whether you want to do it or not. We do not intend to force you to do it at all. I have honestly explained the treatment process and treatment plan to you. I didn’t even charge you for consultation or anything. I really hope that I can attached your x-ray film here in case that if anyone sees it, they will understand more about the details i explain. hour as he can. Good business plan for profit except much of the dental work he has done is for me needed to be corrected a second and third time. Approximately 3 out of 5 of my fillings the doctor puts into my mouth fallout after 3-9 months. This all equates to additional repair work and fees. Each time of come to this dentist he will find plenty of areas where he needs to correct previous work that he has already provided for me. See this doctor with vigilance.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted today, and I was very impressed with the service. The dentist and the clinic assistants were polite and provided good advice before and after the surgery. The extraction was quick, and it wasn't painful at all. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for one.

Excellent! The doctor was very kind, explained everything very well, and gave great advice. It was my daughter's first time at the dentist, and she wasn't scared at all.

I highly do not recommend this place! The good reviews are all fake. The environment is terrible, the dentist is very unprofessional and constantly scares patients. Anyone who goes here is doomed. The prices are not cheap either. I paid 1300 baht for a teeth cleaning, and my friend paid 1700 baht.

First of all, I would like to inform you that our clinic has been open for 6 years so this may look outdated and not modern . But every piece of dental materials and equipments that we used are clean, disinfected and meet the standards of the Ministry of Public Health. On that day you had appointment for teeth cleaning and polishing. The doctor whom you meet was informed all the price and process after the oral examination, before starting treatment. he explained everything and you agreed so we started the treatment and during the cleaning process he stated what he found; cavities, food impact and suggest how to clean it properly, to help you improve your cleaning routine. Maybe it's because of the language barrier. This causes you to not fully understand and misinterpret it as being intimidated. i'm also have check with the assistance at that time you were smiling and seem understandable. So it’s quite surprise that you give us 1-star review after all. However we are paying attention to every aspect of our patients experience and do our best to improve all the service. Dr. Ohm is a very fast and gentle doctor. The wisdom tooth extraction and teeth cleaning took less than half an hour. I highly recommend his services.
