The dental surgery here was painless. Four teeth were operated on simultaneously in just two hours by Dr. Peiter Gozali, SpBM! The admin and nurses were very friendly and caring. There was a follow-up the next day after the surgery. I recommend it to others seeking an oral surgeon, especially if you have painful or swollen teeth.

Dr. Peiter is a fun person who likes to joke around, so I wasn't afraid during the procedure. The nurses were also friendly. The price is definitely based on the procedure. Thank you for your review, Kami Sahayati Butar Butar. We have investigated Kami Sahayati's visit. There may have been a misunderstanding regarding the treatment at the clinic. Kami Sahayati came in complaining of pain, and we recommended seeing a dentist specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, not just a dentist specializing in cysts. Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons perform procedures on the oral cavity, jaw, and facial areas, especially for complaints of tooth, mouth, and jaw pain. Consultations with a specialist dentist are naturally more expensive than those with a general dentist. When scheduling an appointment with our admin via WhatsApp, Kami Sahayati was informed of the base fee (consultation fee) of 500,000 Rupiah. The consultation fee will not be charged if Kami Sahayati undergoes treatment at our practice. Our admin recommended and referred Kami Sahayati for an X-ray at a nearby lab, which was declined due to cost reasons. While Ms. Kami Sahayati was at our clinic, we checked the CCTV footage in our clinic. Ms. Kami Sahayati underwent a general examination by our nurse, including: 1. Blood pressure check 2. Body temperature check 3. Oxygen saturation check 4. Blood sugar check After the results were reported as normal, our dental surgeon began a complete oral examination, including an examination of the teeth, tongue, oral cavity, jaw, and joints. The patient was advised to undergo several treatments by a dental surgeon specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery. The patient declined the recommended treatment. Therefore, the patient was charged the base fee (consultation fee and examination fee above). The patient (Ms. Kami Sahayati) felt the examination and consultation were unnecessary and blamed our nurse and administrator for the unnecessary payment. If any errors occurred regarding the examination and procedures at our practice, we recommend that the patient (Ms. Kami Sahayati Butar Butar) return to discuss the matter with our lawyer. The cost estimate should be explained in detail upfront, not overly inflated and detrimental to customers. This is a scam. Google reviews shouldn't be trusted 100%; they're just pretty, the rest is a mess. Before leaving, customers should think about my experience which is not fabricated, before others suffer losses. This happened at the Danau Singkarak dentist practice, the person who examined my teeth at that time was an internist, I really regretted coming because I was not allowed to go home because the door was closed tightly, and was forced to pay 500 thousand even though my teeth were not treated, whoever examined them was also a doctor who was not a dentist. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Spy I could go home I was forced to pay 100 thousand.

One of the best clinics in my opinion, the doctors are friendly, like to joke around so that patients don't get nervous, the nurses are also friendly, and of course the service is the best.

The place is clean and comfortable. The doctor is very friendly and qualified. I had my wisdom teeth removed, and the results were healed in two weeks. Although the price was expensive, it was excellent. However, the receptionist was less than friendly. She was a bit dismissive of the patient's appearance.
