It has taken me a long long time to even think about going to see a dentist, strictly only when an emergency arrived and then I hated it because I was paying so much money on private health cover for over 10 years for 240 dollars a fortnight for top dental and hospital to having to still pay a huge gap. It was just not happening, so my teeth are chalk like and I'm a sleep grinder. So safe to say I thought that they would be better off all gone. So that I could smile and have my confidence back. Then flicking through Facebook and there you were, you had my attention, the more I read the more excited I got. I then went in deeper reading reviews and watching your vlogs. Omg, it was a Sunday and I thought what do I have to loose, I filled out the questions and when I finished it said that someone will contact me. Within 5 minutes or there of I received my life changing call. On the spot I was approved by my favourite humm for the Gold package and booked in for my first consult on the Thursday. Wow must I say I was made to feel so welcome, the staff are amazing and Lauren you are the best. I felt comfortable not stressed once. 8 teeth gone and a cobalt come plate below and a plate up top. I can smile again. I owe my smile to Dental Members. You guys rock.

So disappointed with Dental Member Adelaide, i should have completed my treatment with my clear aligners 6-8 months ago but am only half way through my treatment due to mistakes on their end. I phoned up today to ask for my next set of aligners only to find out that they don't have them and i now need to wait AGAIN for the next set to be remade. What an actual joke, my 8 month plan for the aligners will now end up being a 2 year plan. I am continually the one calling up to check what is going on, my complaints seem to mean nothing. They have their money and that's all that matters. So over the whole thing!

First visit and I will certainly be back. So friendly and professional. I’m not usually comfortable seeing a dentist but this team makes it easy.

DR Khoo and the team are amazing and friendly. I suffer anxiety when I used to visit a dentist but the team in Adelaide made me feel very comfortable and there was never any pressure.

My teeth well what i had left were very very very bad. Had to get dentures top n bottom. Only 2 teeth on bottom which holds my bottom denture in. Very warm and very friendly staff. My bill just a tad over $7k which im paying via Humm $135 per fortnight. I am grateful for that or i could not get fixed. Always was in pain and time off work. Now i can smile with confidence agian after all these yrs. Highly recommend. the dentist lady and her assistant were very gentle n very caring. Also some good old fashioned banta, made my vists experience extremely well above what i was expecting. The receptionist also very warm and friendly. Best experience i have ever had. Very professional, give them ago. Remember the receptionist can only give you a quote. When the dentist does the look over of your issue. Cost might change. Hey tho same as getting a quote on anything car repairs etc. The cost can always change once they look... there are many ways which you pay out your dentist bills. I dont have health insurance. So happy they use humm which i never heard of till i went into the dentist. Thank you to the team at Adelaide if i could give you 100 ☆ i would :-) pls use my b4 and after photos if you wish to do so ;-)

"Sure we bulk bill" said the nice voice on the phone..."40 bucks to 75 bucks but it should not be that much" 125 UAD later. It's not the money it's the lack of transparency. I don't want to go into specifics but I cut my losses took the pain relief and ran. Off to another dentist on Monday. And with that generic response I don't mind telling the full story. I was told I would need an X-ray, dont remember cost but it was one amount for each side. And a larger amount for the entire mouth. Dentist stated we only need to do one side but naturally she couldn't see what was going on so she would now need to do the whole mouth. After declining and paying for the useless X-ray receptionist Wanted me to claim my rebate from Medicare manually. Never had to do that before so when I asked how to do that im pritty sure she said something to the fact that there is a number i have to call with this invoice ....and... I'm done talking about this issue .

I was so impressed with the treatment I received from the 1300smiles team last week. Everyone was so kind, reassuring & helpful. Initially I spoke to Yuosif, who calmly & politely, went out of his way to quickly arrange a time for me to see the lovely Maryam on the same day. Thank you. Marlene.

I have been using 1300smiles Dental Practice for many years now and could not be happier with the service provided. The staff at reception Paula and Christie are so welcoming and friendly that you are put at ease the moment you walk in. I have to give a special mention and thank you to Dr Dilan Patel not just for his brilliant Dental skills but his caring nature and how he goes out of his way to help you any way that he can. Dr Dlian is amazing and i have nothing but high praise for all the staff at this Dental Practice and would highly recommend. Tim
