Sorin is a very cool smart and interesting guy who uses new technology to be a perfectionist. We had cool tunes and a very modern dentist vibe that suits Marbella. For someone coming from the UK NHS it was like stepping out of the dark ages and having a painless filling that even bordered on relaxing! Highly recommend.

It’s been more than two years with Dr Sorin. I did implants, treated caries, whitened teeth, removed wisdom teeth....and after each session I am always happy with the results. I went to Dr Sorin whist on holiday as I have been having some root canal treatment at home, which left one tooth very sharp in a couple of places, and it was catching on my tongue,, making it extremely sore. which I though was amazing, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone staying in Marbella. The surgery was spotless and hygienic. I was also asked to disinfect my hands before leaving the surgery.
We went there on Saturday as an emergency because my tooth filling fell out during the holiday. First of all, I noticed that it was incredibly clean and I liked it very much. He did my dental treatment very quickly and perfectly. I was really pleased. It's reassuring to have Doctor Sorin there while on vacation in a place I don't know at all!! You can go without any doubt.
They can’t even answer the phone so I can make a dental appointment, it may say 24hours but if they don’t answer does it matter?. I had a dental emergency which couldn’t be solved.

We are sorry and understand your frustration having a dental emergency. However we ask you to also understand us. Although we are one of the very few private clinics to offer emergency dental care this also depends on my availability as the owner of the clinic. Sometimes we have that many emergencies in one day that I simply can't take anymore. Sometimes I am on a conference like in this case.
I recently had a dental emergency over the weekend and was fortunate enough to find this clinic open and ready to help. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dear Mr. Ordoñez, there is no ego and no nerve involved at all here. Unlike your wife's regrettable impression customer service and customer satisfaction is very important for us. The phone call was hence simply a professional follow-up to hear and understand the problem from your wife's point of view as to see how it could be resolved without the slightest bad feelings or intentions. We have no "guy" in our clinic. We have doctors and nurses. Please show the same respect that you claim, thank you.
My appointment seemed to concentrate more on getting pictures for social media and advertising extra services than fixing an actual dental problem. The service was definitely not patient centric.

Dear patient, we regret your impression. That was not at all our intention. We dedicated more than 30 minutes on your case: 15 minutes on the examination and diagnosis of your complex case, 10 minutes on the consultation explaining the treatment options, 5-7 minutes on the treatment to relieve your problem temporarily as you wanted to reflect about the next step and only 1-2 minutes for pictures. As we explained the purpose of these pictures was not for social media but to better illustrate and communicate the hidden problem to you, which we extensively did. As well as to document the final result with your acute problem corrected. You immediately noticed the difference and an improvement. Again we regret the misunderstanding and the miscommunication.

My mom has had many bad experiences with dentist in the past and was very worried and nervous. The doctor calmed her down very well by being extremely professional. The procedure went very fast with no pain. We are so happy to have finally found a great dentist!
