They didn’t accept me, although I said it was an acute pain. They answered that everything is busy.
Excellent service and friendly staff; I highly recommend this clinic! Next time I return to Karon, I will go to the clinic again. My thanks to the doctor and the staff who work there.
For anyone looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend this one. The dentist gave excellent advice at every step, and all the assistants were lovely. I was so impressed with the dentist's genuine and gentle touch. The prices were reasonable, and the dentist was incredibly skilled. The clinic was also very clean. I was extremely impressed. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I went to this dental office with a chipped incisor. Luckily for me, the doctor had an hour free to do the restoration. Excellent work! The place was spotless, there were three assistants working on the dental work, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Kind and caring professional doctor who is super honest during consultation. Took out a wisdom tooth and cleaned my teeth.
I came in on Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday. The Dr took me in , gave me advice, then got to work. Unlike back home in the States, I wanted more work but he talked me out of it😳 I could not be happier with the ease, expertise, kindness and Price! Thanks so much!
It's a clean clinic and all the staff are very polite, especially Dr. Wangviboonchai, who had a very light hand when he extracted my tooth. Thank you for your cooperation.
We walked in and enquired about some minor dental work and with little notice that attended to our needs within 2 days and the price was very competitive. This clinic is extremely clean and the staff are highly experienced, the main dentist who participates in the procedures is the actual owner, so the service was very personal. I would highly recommend this dental clinic, 5 stars

Dr. Sarawut is a great dentist. He was extremely knowledgeable/experienced and speaks great english. He was honest in his consultation what could be achieved in the time we had. His team was welcoming and professional. My husband had a root canal, deep clean and deep staining cleaned up. He will fly back from Australia at a later date to continue treatment. This is the best dental clinic I have met before. All the staff are friendly since I was step there they are nice as a family, taking care very good. I removed my braces there and made new retainers, the process they did very smooth, soft and not hurt. Very good recommend from the dentist also the clinic very new and clean looks relaxing.

Dr Sarawut is a great dentist who cares about what is best for you and not what make him the most money. Prior to a trip to Phuket I went to a dentist in Brisbane and was told I needed a root canal and that the tooth could not be saved so I would need to implant/crown. he was not the cheapest. When he examined my tooth he confirmed that a root canal was necessary but that he would be able to save the tooth, "you do not get rid of your own teeth unless there is no alternative" he said. I was impressed. On my last visit I had a cavity on the side of a wisdom tooth that was right at the gum line so could not be filled. Dr Sarawut told that the tooth would need to come out but told me wait and do it back in Australia, he said "you are on holiday so you do not want to ruin that with getting a wisdom tooth extracted." Again, more concerned with what was best for me than making money. When I did get it removed back in Brisbane I understood what he meant and was thankful for his advise. I am going back next month to have my amalgam fillings replaced. By the time I included the cost of airfare and accommodation I will probably be paying close to the same as I would in Brisbane but Dr Sarawut is worth it. If you are visiting Phuket and want/need to get dental work done then do yourself a favour book an appointment with Dr Sarawut.
Have known the doctor for about 10 years. 4 implants and some other repairs. Professional.
I can highly recommend the doctor and all the great staff. I had an old crown that fell out a few days before a 7 day planned vacation in Phuket. I contacted the clinic the day after I arrived and they were fully booked. They were so kind to juggle their schedule, and squeezed me in to prepare and fit a brand-new crown. Went there in May, very helpful to get us an appointment during our duration there. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff and so clean compared to uk. Hope to return and use them again in April for different dental work.

Pro clinic good service have used for the last 10 years .I go every year for check .
The staff are friendly and helpful.The clinic itself is very clean.I was taken in without appointment ,non emergency straight away and was treated as needed.Overall I had 3 visits for a crown,filling and extraction,and total cost was less than half than what I would have expected in Ireland,with the same,if not better results with a friendly,honest and professional consultation

and cleaning. We’d also like to have teeth whitening. The dentist gave us sincere consultations that our results would not be as good as we expected. He left it to us to decide if we still wanted the procedure, but he did not recommend it! Who would have thought that?
