I have been in many dental chairs and this experience, by a long way, was the best and most professional dental experience of my life. I’m absolutely stunned with the results and have had many compliments already. The care has been of the highest quality.

You can tell more about a company by how they deal with problems than by anything else. These guys were so good right up until that point. Less than 5 weeks after fitting my veneer cracked in two and fell out. No problem I thought, I'll just get a local dentist to fix it and Smile will honour their guarantee. of having the work fixed, the are refusing to refund what they charged me to fit a veneer that lasted little over a month. So approach with extreme caution. If you have a problem you are on your own. They may be cheap, but do you really want work that is supposedly guaranteed for years, but in reality last only a few weeks? Do you really want to trust your dental health to people that refuse to honour the quality of their work? Your choice. And before my account is challenged, feel free to get in contact for time verified photographs confirming the damage and when it happened, along with the email trail refusing to honour their work. Such a shame as they seemed so much better than this. UPDATE!! A week later and ANOTHER veneer is now in my hand. Keep checking back as I'll be adding updates as to whether their customer "service" attitude changes with this one. ANOTHER UPDATE!!! Lifetime guarantee on the crowns??? Nah, crown in an implant has failed, so now that’s another load cash to repair these guys shoddy work. And yes, I can provide evidence

Having implants fitted at Smile was something I wanted for years and its changed the way I feel about myself completely. it was absolutely my best buy. The aftercare is second to none and I thoroughly recommend them.

I had everything done here a few years ago, 16 implants, 27 crowns, never had any problems. Everything was perfect. Now I can finally smile beautifully again! :) A few months ago I lost another tooth of my own, just sent an email and a new one is already in!! THXXX Top service!! I was afraid to visit the clinic at first, but when I entered the wonderful city of Piestany and the clinic itself, my fear went away. The staff is very kind and doctors are big professionals who make you feel safe and make their work very properly with clear explanation. Wow! All I can say is.....what a great team, from the drivers, and reception staff, to the dental assistants and dental surgeons. Everyone was accommodating, helpful, friendly and very reassuring. The bonus was being treated by a very charming dental specialist!. :) I don't know about others' experiences, but my own experience was actually enjoyable, and that is REALLY saying something for someone…

I had a full upper jaw replaced with implants, crowns, bridges etc..... When it was all finished I had to tell the dentist that I had very bad soreness in the gum, behind my two front teeth(crowns). I went back three times with this problem, but the dentist could find no problem after having scans etc... I was told it will calm down and be fine. It did not! I still owed them some money and told…

them I would pay off the last payment when the problem was sorted out with the gum, but they refused to see me again until I paid the money (about £1500 I think). At which point I had to tell them I will not pay them until I am totally happy with the finished job, which I regard as been quite normal. So I went to other dentists in the UK and even a nasal specialist, as I thought there might have been sinus damage, but nobody has found any problem, except a lady dentist in the US, who I sent photos to and exchanged emails for many months. She eventually came to the conclusion that the dentist hit a nerve just above my gum. So now 6 years on, they refuse to accept this diagnosis and will still not see me. THEY HAVE RUINED MY LIFE AND I AM STILL IN PAIN. I have had to post this under an assumed name as they keep blocking my posts. My name is MICHAEL TYAS. It just shows how unethical these people are, they do not care about your health. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT PROFIT!
As someone with a very bad dental phobia and dislike of flying it took me 2 attempts to get to Slovakia. Once there although still very nervous I was looked after by Natalia so professionally that my nervousness soon went. no pain or swelling and was looked after really well by all the staff. After 2 more visits everything was done and I can't begin to explain how happy I am with my smile. I wouldn't hesitate to return and couldn't praise Mr Marek and everyone at the clinic highly enough.
