d, telling them the whole story, asked them to somehow resolve our issue within two weeks (since we were visiting Warsaw). The first thing that really pleased me was that the woman I'd been chatting with via messenger scheduled four appointments for those two weeks. She also booked two appointments with an anesthesiologist, who would first try to do everything under sedation, and if my son refused, we'd set a day for general anesthesia. Putting a six-year-old under anesthesia was definitely not something I wanted to do. It's hard to overestimate the importance of children's health, but we were ready to do anything to resolve the dental issue. So, we arrived at the clinic, and the doctor did everything so professionally during the consultation that our child agreed to come back and try dental treatment. The result: Yegor says he's the best doctor in the world and he'll treat his other teeth without any fear (I'm writing this review after only one tooth, and there's still a lot of work ahead, but somehow I'm confident everything will go wonderfully). How did this happen? The doctor's approach to the child, constant contact with him, praise and how great he is. Constantly explaining what he was doing and what he would do. Even when he took out a syringe for freezing (I don't understand why syringes can't be made less scary, but even I was scared 🤣), he somehow managed to explain to the child that there was no need to be afraid, and Yegor wasn't. Sofia, the administrator, and Dr. Oleh Dizhak, please accept our deepest gratitude for your work, your professionalism, your approach to clients, and for the miracle! The hardest part of dental treatment is finding your dentist. We were lucky to find one, and even though we live in another country, I hope we won't have to worry about where to take our child for dental care for many years to come. we performed did help. I was referred to an orthodontist for cosmetic treatment at the same hospital, because I wanted the doctors to communicate with each other about my situation. I was told there was nothing they could do. Until now, I'd heard completely different information about the progress of my treatment. I wanted to make an appointment with a periodontist, who monitors the progression of my condition, to find out the cause and what to do next. The appointment couldn't take place for at least a month and a half. I'm already walking around with an unpleasant feeling in my teeth. No one helped me or explained the situation. After I said I wanted to pick up my documents, I wasn't asked why. Although, I repeat, my situation is not typical, as the periodontist always emphasized. Thank you for your professional service. I didn't expect such customer service to still exist.

Your opinion is very unfair to us and unfair to the doctors who have been treating you with great commitment for about 2 years. We have never refused to help you, including organizing a visit to a clinic in another location just to save your health (successfully!). None of our staff told you "that they can't help you with anything" - this is a painful lie. The orthodontic treatment you mention was not recommended by Dr. Anna Masłowska for clinical reasons (after a series of thorough analyzes of your "serious diagnosis", which she writes about herself), which we cannot write about (because we are bound by medical confidentiality), but which were presented and discussed with you during the consultation, and additionally, Dr. Masłowska immediately presented an alternative way to improve the aesthetics of your teeth, referring you to an appointment with Dr. Lipnicki. The lady made an appointment and canceled it the day before. We listened to your telephone conversation of February 29, when you called to cancel your appointment, and you did not mention anything about an "unpleasant feeling in your teeth"! You asked about the date of the consultation with Dr. Naborczyk, the receptionist suggested the beginning of April, according to the first available place, and you made sure that it was the first available date, asking you to immediately prepare the medical documentation for collection. Why didn't you provide information about any discomfort/unpleasant feeling during the conversation? Why didn't you take advantage of the appointment that was scheduled for the next day? And why do you belittle the work of our doctors who performed your procedures with the utmost care and heart, assessing our work through the prism of a "distant" deadline? We are sincerely sorry
Thanks to places like this, the fear of going to the dentist disappears. I wholeheartedly recommend them, especially Dr. Piotr Lipnicki, who clearly makes it a point of honor for his patients to never feel pain. And it must be said, he does it brilliantly.
Great doctors. Kudos and thanks to Dr. Naumowska, who is very empathetic and dedicated to her work, Dr. Perek, a specialist like no other, and Dr. Oksana for the painless anesthesia. Thank you very much and I recommend her to others.
