I had been a client of the clinic for several years, and the services were excellent, until I underwent a composite onlay procedure. The doctor performing the procedure recommended a composite onlay as the best solution for my case. The onlay fell off after two months of use and was re-cemented. a year. This didn't happen, but under the warranty, they offered to prepare a completely new onlay – unfortunately, it also fell off very quickly. Again, I was assured that this was still the recommended solution. When I asked about the complaint procedure, I received a response stating that my bite was to blame, causing the onlay to come loose. Ladies and Gentlemen – before the procedure, no one mentioned that my malocclusion might affect the use of the onlay – the bite in question was no secret to the clinic, so I see contradictory attitudes here (recommending an onlay procedure vs. an onlay with this bite might not hold). Believe me, if I had been informed before the procedure that my malocclusion would require me to periodically reattach the onlay and create new ones, I would not have chosen this procedure. I left my email address with you and was supposed to contact you about this, but nothing happened. Returning to the procedures themselves, scheduling an appointment after the onlay failure was very problematic. When a client comes with a warranty, I think it would be better to handle such cases more efficiently. I am disappointed with the poor advice and response to the problem.
