Before going to Dental COP, I was afraid of dental procedures, but now I'm not anymore. The price was a bit higher, of course, but it's 100% worth it. I will definitely always return to Dental COP.

They only see you as money. From the moment I arrived, they started a checkup, pressuring me to do everything I supposedly need done to my teeth: cleanings, fillings, even a root canal and crown for just $1500 USD. As if that weren't enough, they suggested it was urgent. I only went in for a filling that broke, and it turns out it's supposedly beyond repair and needs a crown. They haven't sent…

me the x-ray they charged me $10 USD for, which I needed to request a second opinion from my trusted dentist. In the end, I only asked for two fillings on my molars because I had sensitivity, and when I finished, Dr. Katherine Medina was doing a poor job on one of them, leaving a large stain. I had to tell her to finish cleaning it, and she told me to get a dental cleaning so she could clean it, even though I clearly told her NO twice. I just needed her to do the filling properly, since I was already paying $60 USD for each one, which is a high price, but she insisted on charging me an additional $75 USD for a dental cleaning that I hadn't requested, just to properly place a filling without any more black spots. I'm still waiting for my x-rays.

Unfortunately, nowadays it's easy to give only one side of the story, because God and you know that the situation didn't happen that way, but it's your opinion and we respect it; after all, that's what this platform is for. Dr. Laura is fantastic. She speaks English very well and is the best dentist I have ever seen including ones in the US. I highly recommend her.

Very disappointing experience with Dentalcop in San Salvador, El Salvador. They told us the dental prosthesis was temporary for 6 months, and then we’d come back for the permanent one. Well, we came back — only to be told that the specialist is “away all year attending conferences,” and that no one else can finish the job. Amazing! Very good professionals, excellent service, super friendly staff. The treatments were completely accurate and guaranteed. Personally, the doctor who treated me had a gentle touch and was very patient with nervous people, like me. The only downside I can find for our budget is that major procedures are a bit expensive, but for the professional aspect, I highly recommend them.
