Very friendly and easy to arrange. It was my first time for a dental check-up — the lady explained everything nicely, you fill out the paperwork, you wait a bit, they call you and everything is arranged without any problems. Just make sure you don't come during the break. I think the first one is from 11 am to 12 pm, and I'm not sure when the afternoon one is.

Disappointing. They don't feel like working and have no appointments. In a few months, you can come for an appointment sometime, while during that time the tooth is not healing and hurts, so it is finally in for the pliers.

The best! The best doctor in the universe works in oral surgery! Dr. Meniga Koncul is very kind and very professional. And her colleague, whose name I don't know, is a total jerk. The patient comes in in fear and disbelief, and he erases all that with his measured jokes. 🔝

Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was extremely bad. I was seen by Dr. Sanja Husedžinović. I came in with severe pain and obvious signs of nerve inflammation in my tooth. After waiting for several hours in the waiting room, the examination lasted very briefly and no opening of the tooth was done to relieve the pain. Instead, I was sent home with only a prescription for Klavocin, even though the pain was intense. I felt silent and unsupported, and the lack of empathy and understanding for the emergency situation was particularly disappointing. I expected at least an attempt at pain relief, which did not happen. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

The doctor sent me a referral electronically, but I'm expected to call to find out the date of the examination and procedure. I've been calling for days and no one is answering the phone, so what should I do? Take a day off or a day off from my annual leave to go there and find out the date of my procedure. Shame!

Dr. Ilijaš Doblanović is incompetent, incompetent, irresponsible..... Not a single appointment the woman makes as she scheduled, it's important that they change the appointment time three times and also warn her not to be late (she can be late for more than an hour 🤣🤣🤣🤣) The nurse who works with her ruined the mother's child and sweatpants with liquid (without blinking) or saying sorry 😡😡😡😡 The bottom of the bottom...... Thank you but there are dentists who really do their job (NOT PRIVATE), respect their own and other people's time.....

Excellent experience with medical procedures! All praise to Dr. Ena and the entire team – the impacted wisdom tooth surgery went quickly and without any problems. I was scheduled for 8:00, and by 8:30 I was done. Also, kudos to the CBCT team – everything was professional and efficient. Following the instructions, my recovery went smoothly, and Dr. Ena also gave me useful advice for further therapy. All in all, an extremely positive experience – fast, professional, and with a lot of attention to the patient. 👏 Highly recommended!

All praise to Dr. Mladoj in room 4 who extracted 7 of my teeth, looked at the orthopan and read about my problems and adjusted the anesthesia accordingly. Even after the extraction and loosening of the tooth, I had no pain and everything healed very quickly without medication. However, when I had my lower tooth extracted by Dr. Čurković, the wound still hurts after 16 days and is not healing well because he was extracting it while I was still alive! The injection was very painful, everything was numb, but the inflamed tooth root was not so inflamed that I felt everything. He mockingly said "it hurts"? The nurse grabbed my head and when he pulled it out, he said it was inflamed! He cut my flesh like a knife and it would never heal! That root was in a different position because a tooth had grown next to it, which the students at Gund wrote about. If he had looked at the orthopan done 15 minutes before the procedure, he would have surely seen it and adjusted the extraction to that position, and now I am suffering!
