Had two good sessions first with John and then Daisy. Needed a second session since the first standard kit sent was too large and I had to wait for another Small set to be sent. Tjsi lead to delays of course and then there are delays to find an available time for the video sessions. The folks doing the video sessions are very patience and helpful but it is too soon to know how good the final result will be as I have not received the finished product yet. So in summary it is a thorough but low process and I hope the result will be good

Quite confusing even with doing a video consult. Lots of room for errors that occur without realising. Also waited a week for someone to book in an appt after not replying to emails for video consult request. Therefore really delaying process. Hopefully once I get the retainer it’s all worth it 🙂 …

Hi had a great experience with John. He gave me very good instructions to take my impressions. Very helpful and professional!

I had my incisor impressions video call today with John. I was unfortunately late to our chat as I accidentally put the video chat time in my phone as 5pm when it was at 4pm. Oops! John was very clear with his instructions and guided me through every step of the process (working with the putty and making my moulds). He had good attention to detail and was able to tell me what needed to be corrected with each subsequent mould, and in the end I ended up doing 3 moulds. John was very patient and attentive. The only thing I did not like was at the end of the session John sent me an email with links to various platforms to review my experience and asked me to make my reviews while still on video chat with him. I politely let him know that I would complete a review of my experience outside of the video chat (I think asking a customer to write a review while on video chat is not appropriate and is a high pressure way of garnering positive feedback). My review is for my experience thus far (placing my order, scheduling my video call, and creating my incisor impressions via the video call) and not for the final product as I have not yet received my mouth guard as I have just completed my video call and still have to mail my incisor impressions.

They just gave me half of what I have paid for (only 10 out of 20 promised aligners). 6th-10th aligners were wrong measurements and made my teeth worse and have spaces. They requested for new impression and asked me to pay the shipping cost even though it’s their fault and I had to do it all over again which by the way is painful and tedious. And they couldn’t prioritize me in booking video session for new impression, which took a month of waiting just for the booking of video session to do impression! And then it will take more weeks of waiting before I receive the correct impression! Please read reviews before you put your order! Don’t waste your time and money.

What an amazing team! I am 100% satisfied with my treatment and achieved exactly the results I was hoping for. The overall service was excellent, and the after-sales customer support was especially impressive, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. One small area for improvement would be the aligner app, as it doesn’t allow backlog entries, which made it difficult for me to upload my aligner-wearing photos. Aside from that, my experience with Smilepath has been outstanding, and I would happily recommend them

Patrick was amazing! Super helpful and informative, he knows what he’s doing, and I probably wouldn’t have been able to do it without him :)

It took a few goes but with Annie's gentle guidance we got there in the end! Glad i got the extra putty.
