Dr Adriana always willing to explain the situation and to give the best treatment option. I always feel safe when she is looking after myself. I also receive messages to book the 6 month cleanup what’s very handy.

Took one of my DSS customers for dental appointment for the follow up check up yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great knowledge and communication of the practitioner is outstanding . Excellent and highly professional service !!

Its called special care dentist and that's just what they provide. I've been seeing dentists there since mid 2000s and they have all been respectful and keen to work around my limitations of being in a wheelchair and having a small mouth opening. They think laterally, give me breaks and always come up with a solution. I have and will continue to recommend the practice to friends with and without special needs.

This dental practice markets themselves as being inclusive for people with disabilities. I have a low immune system and asked when I rang to book, whether the dentist would be willing to wear an n95 mask. I was told that their dentists always wear n95s. When I got to the appointment the dentist told me he could not wear an n95 because his face is too big. I had to leave without being seen to. Please don't advertise as disability inclusive if this is not the case.

Dr. Reid did mention that due to his larger build and facial hair, the N95 mask fit was not ideal. All services to do with teeth and gums can be dealt with via Special Care Dental. If the skill set required is not resident, the referrals are first rate. If you're having dental issues, call the excellent Admin staff who will direct you as to how to manage your problem. I have been a patient for many years and all of my issues, including bone grafts and orthodontic work, have resulted in successful outcomes with professionals in their respective fields.
