I visited to clinic today am really satisfied with the treatment Dr Francis Wong is very nice and polite recommend to all must visit.

I was able to get a government-funded yellow slip, which made a huge difference for me. Dr Nguyen was absolutely amazing — she explained everything so clearly and guided me through every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. She is an incredibly caring dentist and truly excellent at what she does. She’s down-to-earth, very smart, and made me feel comfortable and well looked after the entire time. A fantastic lady and an outstanding dentist. I highly recommend her.

My boys and I have never been big fan of going to the dentist. Thats before we met Dr Francis Wong. He has this knack of making us feels comfortable, explaining it in an easy to understand manner and pretty good with the boys. Totally the best dentist we’ve visited so far. It helps enormously that he shares the same hobby as us too.

This Dental practice does not provide disabled access which is not equal opportunity and recognition. During my inquiry on the 10.9.25 I found reception 'out of step' with the attitude to complete my call. It was more important that they finish on time rather than deliver civility and service. I was left waiting on the telephone for 5 minutes plus then the call cut due to their closing time. My best advice to Kent Town Dental is study the word COMPASSION it would be a contribution to your service. STANDARDS are not solely the dental treatment it is the overall quality of standards and care which you have FAILED. If you cannot recognise a Disabled Vietnam Veteran status then you may well be in the wrong business.

Dr Francis Wong is incredibly kind, patient and attentive. He takes the time to clearly explain all treatment options and walks you through each step of the process, so you always know what to expect. I could not have asked for a better first visit, and I will definitely be coming back!
