I will avoid that store from now on. I had my knee taken, I brought them the X-ray results so they could give me a knee brace based on the results while I wait to be called for physical therapy. A young gentleman sitting at the table gave me a brace. I bought the brace and paid โฌ53. I put the brace on my knee and went home. In a short time, I got an allergy like a rash. This morning I went and returned the brace, but I had a very unpleasant experience, they rejected me, made fun of me and said that you wore it for five minutes and I will not refund your money. Tomorrow I will call the inspection in Split because they are the ones in charge. That's it, the rating is "0"

Quality products can be found in this store, unfortunately experienced inappropriate communication from one of the workers induced without reason. Beware to how you are talking to personnel. They found insulted when I asked she is Mrs. or Miss and easily going into conflict conversation. They brought me to embarrassing situation with no obvious reason as per my opinion.

They don't have replacement hearing aids, unfortunately.. when the hearing aid comes from the service, they put it on the patient's ear and don't think or neglect to turn up the volume, sad but true thank you.
