Earlier this year I had to have ALL of my remaining teeth removed and to be fitted with full upper and lower dentures!! Horror of Horrors - I was dreading it!! However, my wonderful dentist at Riverside Dental in Christchurch, referred me to Duchenne Denture Specialists at Springfield Rd in Christchurch. They were amazing - the whole Team!!! I was assigned to Tristan and I couldn't have wished for anyone more skilled, friendly or professional. Tristan took time to get to know me and found out what my hopes and wishes were for my 'new look'. I felt totally confident in his knowledge and level of expertise before the process even began. After explaining the whole procedure, he took the impressions and my new dentures were made. The colour and size of the teeth were very natural and exactly what I was looking for!! My friends and family could hardly believe that my whole 'change' had gone so smoothly. I only needed a few minor changes as my gums recovered and settled down. I'm super thrilled with my new dentures - they look terrific and natural and are a super fit. I highly recommend Duchenne at Springfield Rd and, in particular, Tristan. Had to get knew dentures my old ones were horrible and I always hated them I made a appointment with Sydenham dental clinic and wow they were amazing took real good care of me Sophia was the professional denture practioner and she is the best I love my knew teeth, getting dentures is a prosses and it's can be scarey if you need dentures I highly recommend Sophie at Sydenham dental clinic.

I worked with Sophia Kwon, who created the most beautiful dentures which most people have said look like real teeth. Her work is impeccable and perfect. She has given me back the confidence I've desperately needed, after losing all of my teeth at only 32. Highly recommend the quality and amazing aftercare of this practice. They really go the extra mile with care and the pricing reflects in the high quality dentures.

I've just had an upper plate fitted. I needed an urgent appointment as the wire was hurting my teeth. The appointment was made with the Ilam. The technician was rude and condescending when I told her my issues and said it was normal that my teeth would be sore where the wire connects to my teeth. I said the plate was too thick, and she informed me that I needed to "put up with it" as it would break if I dropped it. I'm still struggling with the pain. I dont recommend this branch of duchenne at all. Definitely left there feeling terriable that I'd wasted her time. UPDATE: After being contacted, I went back to my Duchenne technician Emily. She was absolutely amazing and fixed my problems, so now my teeth dont hurt. Can highly recommend seeing her for your oral needs.
