I visited Dr Meiluk HQ for dental check up on 15 Sept 2025 and subsequent wisdom tooth extraction on 16 Sept 2025. To be honest, this is the only time that my dental visit did not make me feel awful and stressed. I did not have as much the feeling of fear throughout the procedure compared to my previous experiences. Thank you for the awesome work, Dr Yeoh, and also for your patience. While I understand many e-invoicing has affected many business in itemising invoices but material charges of Rm20 is just unreasonable for just gargling in a paper cup and spitting out for normal scaling. You should be taking material charges from the RM150, not to charge extra on consumers ! Will be looking for other dentals who don’t charge patients extra

Absolutely amazing experience! Got my wisdom tooth extracted completely pain-free — even after the procedure, just slight discomfort but no pain at all. Dr. Chow was gentle, honest, never condescending or scary like some can be. She reminded me there's no need to “tahan” pain — more numbing is always an option. Patiently explained all scenarios, options, and what to expect didn't sugar coat but also made me feel secure. The clinic is fully equipped with advanced tech, so everything is done in-house with the right tools. The non-intimidating environment made it feel like I wasn't at the dentist and made the whole experience even better.

first time experienced been charged for material when doing scaling. bila i tanya charge apa ni, the staff said for the material they used macam cawan polisterin tu semua. i paid RM20 for 1 polysterin cup, really? 😟 it should be included in the charge la kan. instead of RM130 letak jela terus RM150 😌 kenapa nak kena ada separate charge? bukan you bagi free toothbrush ke apa and due to this i cant claim with my company. luculah 🥲 won't go here ever again.

I went to the clinic on 30th Dec 24 for scaling.I wish i knew whats unfolding for me the next few days and weeks.I am pretty sure my scalling was not done properly due to which i have tooth pain on my right side since 30th Dec 24. Thats my dominant eating side.That has led to root canal treatment at another dental clinic as Meiluk clinic didnt take the responsibility of relieving my pain by making their specialist check me.I am not sure whether the root canal treatment is going in right way at another dental clinic or not.The pain has reduced a bit but the discomfort is very much there.Eating food has become a terrible experience since 30th Dec 24.If at all i knew that inexperienced dentist would do scaling at the Meiluk clinic and i would have to go through this terrible pain experience,i would have never ever come.Most probably the dentist did over scaling due to which my protective layer on my tooth was removed and after that it got infected.Now who is right and who is wrong its for people reading the review can decide.I regret my visit.
