Modernly equipped dental studio tailored to each patient and those who need basic and more complex surgical procedures. Staff approachable, friendly. Dr. Ivan very attentive, friendly and caring. He will dedicate himself to the patient, explaining every detail of the procedure, especially if it involves implants, surgery and other more demanding treatments. I visited this dental studio for the first time and it left a very good impression on me. From the well-organized, clean office, friendly, smiling staff and a dear doctor, dedicated to the patient. In short, everything - five plus!!

I come here often and every time I am delighted with the approach. Everyone is extremely kind, professional and attentive. I am usually afraid of dentists, but here they made me feel completely relaxed. They literally save me, every time I get a quality solution to my problem!

This was honestly one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. As a foreigner, I felt completely dismissed and treated with zero professionalism. The initial check didn’t seem to follow any proper hygienic or safety protocol, and absolutely nothing was explained about the costs beforehand. The most shocking part was that the receptionist acted like the person in charge of deciding whether I should have a dental cleaning — incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Be prepared to be charged €20 just to look at you, and another €50 for a basic cleaning. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and definitely not respected. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

From the very beginning, I had great confidence that everything would be fine. The entire team, including Dr. Olajoš, are excellent, professional, and attentive. This is the first time I have encountered such an approach to a patient. The work was done and completed flawlessly with excellent aesthetics. Anything else would be superfluous to add. The appearance and functionality of the completed work says it all. Thank you Dr. Olajoš, Dr. Jurić, dear, lovely nurses, and Vedrana 🥰

I, who am afraid of injections and dental services, the very thought of it scared me and so I lost all my teeth, knowing that I had to do it because I have such a job. I had to do all kinds of dentures. And I started looking for help at dental studios from Budapest to Istanbul and at the last minute I got a recommendation that there was a Studio Dr O in Zagreb and they gave me their contact information where I immediately contacted them and where all my problems and wishes were solved very quickly. First they freed me from fear and did everything painlessly and they did it in a way that befits the best top experts in the world. And I am not only satisfied but also overjoyed with everything and I remain their patron. Because they are the best, the most correct and they do it professionally with the knowledge of their profession. AND THAT'S WHY I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS THEM AND ONCE AGAIN THANKS TO THE TEAM OF DR O HIMSELF SAMIR

I have been taking my child/children to Dr.O for 9 years and my satisfaction has long been evident because I have written nothing but praise for Dr.O before (feel free to look up the previous review). However, this time I was disappointed with the way the client was treated. When we arrived, I politely asked the manager Bilic "Excuse me, can you please turn on the TV, the kids are a bit bored..." She just replied curtly "No" without explaining. "No because the TV is not working/No because the noise is bothering/No because there are no cartoons". The first child came in, had an examination, then the second child came in and then the third. After the second child came out, she told me "Two of them are covered by the Croatian Health Insurance Fund, but the third one is not even registered!" I was confused because we had been there at least three times with our 4.5-year-old child when he went with his brothers. She said that it was a private examination and that it would cost 20 Euros. Let's face it, the child has baby teeth and was in the chair for 12 seconds because everything is fine, and I am also aware that the examination is performed by a doctor because no shopkeeper, teacher, or train driver knows that. I know that every service is charged and I am aware of that. What disappointed me and also angered me was her approach, which could have been much different, calmer and more accessible: "Madam, I see that there was an oversight on both sides, please write it down next time, otherwise we will not perform examinations except privately." Also, what she could have done is to warn us either over the phone while we were making the appointment or there in person before the examination so that I could decide for myself whether I would pay for the examination privately or wait a month, two or three and then go through the Croatian Health Insurance Fund. She could have also suggested that since two sons go to Dr.O, she would write down our last name on a piece of paper and contact us as soon as a place for a third son becomes available. This could have been communicated much better. It is not done that way because anything from private life must not be reflected in work. Take into account the constructive criticism of manager Bilic and try to be kinder, that is the goal for you and your entire team. Despite today's disappointment, I still put 5 stars because, as I said, we have been here for 9 full years. By the way, kudos to the very nice assistant Nives and the very professional doctor Juric! (and we also visited Dr. Marina, she is also excellent!)

5 years ago - 2018, my wife had her teeth made of zirconia ceramics. The current situation is that all the teeth under the crowns have rotted and a cyst has formed. The reason for this is that the teeth are not properly aligned because they put cement for temporary teeth instead of finish cement. Now she has to have everything extracted, treated and of course pay again for new teeth that cost 11,000 Euros plus add 1 implant because they set the implant to hold only one tooth. 👎

After xy years I had to go to the dentist which is not something I love. But my tooth broke and now what, call and survive. Not that I survived but I'm thrilled. Dr Marina Gadža is a top dentist so I'll go and fix the rest of what's wrong 😉

All praise to the entire team, especially Dr. Marina Anić, who, in addition to being extremely professional, knowledgeable and gentle, explains all the details. The tartar removal was done flawlessly. Also, a big compliment to Kristina Božičević, who breaks stereotypes about dental offices with her smile :)
