Had our first visit here with my mom and we both had such a great experience 🤍 Dr Rebecca was incredibly gentle, warm and friendly throughout the whole session, which made us feel very comfortable. Dr Peterson was also very professional in every situation, both doctors are just perfect! I did teeth whitening with Dr Rebecca and honestly it felt so worth it. My mom did tooth filling with her as well, and she was so impressed by Dr Rebecca’s skills. She didn’t experience any soreness, pain or even sensitivity during the filling session at all. Really thankful for such a pleasant dental experience. Highly recommended!

I visited this dental clinic in Johor on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. Ms Peggy Gan took care of my filling, scaling, and polishing—she was incredibly gentle, patient, and meticulous throughout the whole process. Honestly one of the most comfortable dental experiences I’ve had. Also want to give a shoutout to Ms Enice at the counter, who was very attentive and made sure all my details were properly recorded for future visits. As a small surprise, I brought a cake to celebrate her birthday at the clinic today—hope she had a great one! 🎂 Overall, a very pleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.

I am very disappointed with my experience under Dr Suleen. I initially went in for only a slight sensitivity on a tooth but during the visit multiple fillings were replaced. It was not clearly explained which filling actually needed replacement and I do not feel that more conservative options were properly discussed and my history of dental and nerve pain was not properly explored before the treatment decision was made. After the fillings were done, I started having persistent pain when biting and even eating has been uncomfortable since then. What began as a minor issue has turned into more than two months of ongoing pain that has affected my daily life. I am still seeking remedy for this current pain with specialists. Even though the fillings looked ok on the xrays, patient pain should still be taken seriously. I hope more holistic care is taken when discussing treatment options with patients and to broaden one's knowledge as medical conditions are complex and it is not uncommon to have atypical symptoms.

The service was prompt and the staff was very friendly!

I felt uneasy being in the clinic without a mask, particularly given current health concerns. I did request to buy one but was informed they weren’t available for patients, while staff were fully masked. As a patient, I would have appreciated the option to protect myself too. I hope this can be reviewed.

Did teeth whitening here and Dr Tee (lady dentist) was very calm, friendly and helpful throughout. The results of my teeth are so shocking that many of my friends have asked me for a recommendation haha. Hoping it will last! :-) (Thought I will attach the photos here for reference since it is helpful for people to see if there's really a difference~)
