Dental Clinic Adelaide Dentalcare

I am Melbourne based, and flew to Adelaide on Friday night. During that flight I experienced terrible tooth pain, which continued into the next day. I decided to go on HotDoc to find the soonest available dentist, and Adelaide Dental Care popped up. I booked in with them for Saturday morning. I was very surprised and pleased that they worked over the weekend and had a spot available. I went in, feeling a bit nervous as the dentist can be an intimidating place, especially when you’ve never been to a certain clinic before, but it didn’t take long for me to be laughing with Dr Berly Lo! She was very kind and understanding of my situation, and genuinely wanting to help which I haven’t always experienced with people in the medical field. She explained to me the issue I had, and because I was flying out in 10 days time, even though she wasn’t available, she booked me in with another dentist in a few days time who could help solve the issue. I met with Isaac a few days later, and I was very nervous this time as I had to have a crown put on. He noticed my nervousness and reassured me through the whole process. He made sure everything was clear to me and that I felt fully informed throughout. He did a wonderful job, and I am very grateful.

Dr Yap was knowledgeable, respectful and caring. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed. He helped me understand the X-rays taken during the visit and gave me instructions on the best ways to care for my teeth at home and different options for making sure my teeth were functional and talked about cosemetic options without pushing any specific treatment or product. He seemed well versed in dental advancements and treatment options.

It was a warm welcome and introduction by Isaac and his team. Thorough check and explanation were given. The best was no dental jargon used and the whole process was very clearly explained. It is commendable that isaac and his team were very gentle in handling the dental process. Thank you Isaac.
