X-rays were much nicer and I do not even need endodontics and the plan cost me up to 500 euros and the devices are more modern and more accurate... really, for a private dentist, they should get better equipment and calm down a bit about the prices.. ANSWER: Hello, Thank you for your answer, but I must emphasize that several things in it are not accurate and it is not standard to state them publicly. Oral examination: You claim that I received a "comprehensive examination including X-rays", which is not true. The actual examination was superficial – no photos or a thorough inspection of all teeth and interdental spaces were taken. Especially not the oral cavity and mucosa. Such an examination cannot be considered complete. Difference in X-rays: Although you state that you use the top-of-the-line VistaScan system, the other dental clinic provided much more detailed and clearer images that showed that endodontics was not necessary. Your claim about the “high quality” of the images therefore does not correspond to reality. Treatment plan and endodontics: The plan including endodontics was presented without any real evidence of its need, which is misleading and may lead to unnecessarily high costs for the patient. Patient privacy: You should not publicly state my diagnosis, nor what kind of decay I have or how extensive it is. This information is my personal information and I have never published it myself!! r a while. When I then made an appointment for the subsequent dental treatment, I also wasn’t told what the price would be. And, after my first examination, I was asked to pay 20 EUR extra for an X-Ray, which I wasn’t told would be charged separately beforehand. I was able to find out the answers to these questions, but the information was never volunteered. Instead, you always have to ask about everything, which I personally find rather exhausting. Secondly, and more importantly, the quality of dental treatment: During my treatment, the anaesthetic didn’t work properly, and in spite of receiving multiple doses of it after pointing this out to the dentist, I continued to feel moderate pain throughout the duration of the treatment. After the anaesthesia wore off, I also felt moderate pain for about a week whenever I would move my jaw in certain ways. Finally, the filling the dentist put in had a sharp edge on one side, which would scratch my tounge whenever it came into contact with it (I didn’t realize immediately after treatment, as the anaesthesia had numbed my tounge). This issue only disappeared after about a month, presumably due to food dulling that edge over time. While I have had far worse experiences with other dentists before, this one certainly wasn’t ideal, and would likely have been rather traumatizing if I was one of those people who are already afraid of dentists. Finally, getting an appointment can be a bit strange. In one case, I wanted to book a dental treatment appointment on the same day as a dental hygiene appointment which I had already booked, but the receptionist told me that no slots were available, even though the online system (which you cannot book dental treatments through for some reason) showed plenty of availability for multiple dentists on that same day. I’m not sure whether the online system doesn’t get updated frequently enough, or whether the receptionist simply made a mistake, but that experience didn’t make sense to me. Especially since another dentist was able to give me such an appointment (hygiene and treatment) sooner than Nivy without issue. On the plus side though, I was once unable to make an appointment as I had fallen ill that morning, and the receptionist was able to cancel the appointment without requiring me to pay any cancellation fee. It’s great when people are accommodating under such unpredictable circumstances.

completely happy. The price for which the procedure was performed exactly matched the price quote, I didn't pay anything extra. I avoided a long wait, stress and further pain. The treatment I needed after the procedure was free and the appointment was available the same day I called the reception. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I would give you 10 stars if it were possible. From the lovely ladies at the reception, to all the nurses and assistants, to the doctors, I have only encountered a pleasant, helpful and, above all, human approach, which I greatly appreciate and I would be happy to return :)
