I don't know if I would call you an emergency room when a client calls you with pain and you give an appointment for the next day. Emergency room = a service that works nonstop or outside normal hours and responds to urgent situations. And you tell me with swelling and inflammation that I should come tomorrow. Thank you

Dear client, We are sorry that you were in pain, we fully understand that in such a situation every hour of waiting is long. However, we would like to clarify how our clinic works. We clearly state on our website that we provide dental emergencies only during our office hours, we are not a 24/7 dental emergency. Although we try to help everyone, our capacities are limited and on that day we were unfortunately fully occupied with other acute cases of patients who made an appointment before you. We did the best that our schedule allowed and offered you an appointment for the next morning as well as a contact to another dental emergency where you could be treated. half-year appointment and giving me a new one sometime approx. February 2026 :-( That completely shocked me... not the next day or week, but in 2-3 months and in 2026, while I, as a regular customer and client, did not make any mistakes!!! I do not think this is customer-friendly behavior, even though I can understand that someone gets sick-drops out, just the solution...(I wanted to give the review 0 stars, but that is not possible! , so at least one and I hope they improve on this...)

thought did not work, because I felt the entire drilling in my tooth. However, at home I found out that the anesthesia was obviously only effective on the gums, and after it wore off I discovered that the doctor had snapped off a piece of my gums with the clip she put on my tooth, which made me swollen and hurt quite a bit. For me, it was very embarrassing and I do not plan to return.

I have been going to Dental Centrum Nivy for years, I have always been satisfied, especially when I suddenly came with a broken piece of tooth - where the doctor was very willing and it was not an "emergency" situation or extra fees. I appreciate the reminder text messages.
