You make an appointment, they don't confirm it over the phone, and if you want to reschedule the appointment you missed, they want to charge you 500 pesos, and that's without any prior notice. When you argue, they tell you it's the rules and everyone knows them. I've known the doctor for years, I'm a regular client, and they still don't take that into account.

Very bad work. I lost a tooth because they don't take X-rays. A perforation wasn't covered properly and got infected. They just slap on the material.
