I was naturally a little nervous at the beginning, but he immediately put me at ease with his calm, reassuring manner and incredible professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the results truly life-changing! And I can’t forget Cajun, who worked with the pegs she was such a lovely, warm person and always greeted us with a friendly smile every morning. She created such a relaxed and positive atmosphere, even recommending some amazing drinks that made each visit feel that little bit more special. The entire team at DCT Dental Centre made me feel valued and cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and clearly run to the highest standards. Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with your experience, and we do understand that an unexpected issue at the fitting stage would have been upsetting. During your fitting appointment, an issue was identified with one implant component. The clinical team reviewed the matter and explained the available treatment options. As the affected implant could not be used as originally intended, the clinic authorised a refund for that implant and also agreed to provide an alternative restorative solution at no additional cost to you. We do not accept that the clinic simply took payment and then refused to provide the treatment. A refund was authorised for the affected implant, and further treatment was offered in replacement. The bridge was not presented as though it was the treatment originally planned, but as the clinically available alternative once the implant could no longer be restored in the planned way. We also have to be clear that, while we understand this was frustrating and upsetting, our team should not be subjected to shouting, swearing, or abusive behaviour while assisting your needs and the need to provide a suitable solution at no additional cost. The clinic did try to resolve the matter by refunding the relevant implant and providing additional treatment without charge. We are sorry that you remain unhappy, and we do regret that your experience ended in this way. Our team remains here to support you with any appropriate aftercare or treatment-related help you may need, and you are very welcome to contact us directly at any time.

healthy drinks such as fresh juices, iced coffee / hot coffee etc (the fresh juice is amazing). You really don’t wait around much, you’re seen within 10/15 mins upon arrival depending on your treatment. I only had to come to the clinic 3 times. Once for my check up / removal of old crowns, second visit was the actual fitting and the last was my final check up to ensure my bite is accurate / any changes. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and showing great professionalism. The best decision I made at 19. And again at 28. I’ll be returning after another 10 years god willing! he outset, the whole process was seamless. They arranged everything – airport transfers, hotel, and even a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and clinic – which takes a lot of the stress out of travelling for treatment. The service is impeccable from the moment you arrive. You’re welcomed by friendly staff. yusuf was very pleasent, offered drinks, and made to feel comfortable straight away. Everything runs efficiently, but never feels rushed – there’s a clear focus on patient care. I found the amount of photos that are taken of your mouth a bit tedious and there's quite a few forms to read and sign. But hey. On day one, my old bridge was removed, which was done expertly by Buje and without fuss. Just three days later, the new bridge was fitted, and the result is spot on. The dentist was empathetic and reassuring throughout, and clearly very experienced, which gives you real confidence in what’s being done. Cost-wise, it’s hard to ignore the value. I was quoted around £2,000 in the UK, whereas this trip – including flights, hotel, and treatment – came to about £1,200, along with a really enjoyable six-day stay in Antalya. There are plenty of dental clinics in Turkey, but based on my experiences, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental Centre Turkey.

through and give him lots of pain when it would get stuck. This was his main concern that he expressed, bear in mind he is Turkish so language and miscommunication was definately not an issue. So much time has now passed maybe a year and a half to two years and with regular complaints, calling them, flying back over ,sending regular photo updates of how much MORE he has been suffering since getting his teeth down and all the dental centre do is brush him and tell him to do something stupid like ‘use mouth wash’ or tell him it’s normal. It is NOT normal for your teeth to bleed everyday for two years from the day you get them done everytime you brush them,floss them or ever press on them with your finger a little too hard. He also cannot eat without food escaping under the implant where he was previously suffering with the food getting stuck so if he leaves the house without floss he refuses to eat because it genuinely causes him that much pain. Honestly the worst place to get your teeth done, I know many other people that have been to other places in turkey and have had no problems or issues and were faced with good resolutions even if they did over the most minor things. Avoid this company at all costs.

From the very moment your father raised concerns, our dental team carefully assessed the areas he reported as problematic and provided detailed aftercare guidance tailored to his symptoms. This included recommendations for managing gum sensitivity and maintaining optimal oral hygiene. We would also like to clarify that your father did not return to our clinic for remedial treatment. His second visit was part of the standard Implant treatment process, which routinely requires two scheduled visits to complete. It is therefore not accurate to suggest that he returned for corrective or follow-up treatment regarding these concerns, as this was not the case. At the same time, and in line with our commitment to patient care, we repeatedly invited your father to return to our clinic so that we could carry out a full clinical examination and provide any necessary remedial treatment free of charge under the terms of our dental guarantee. This offer was clearly communicated on multiple occasions, at least four times, throughout our correspondence. We would like to emphasise that, despite these continued invitations and our willingness to investigate and resolve any concerns, your father did not return to the clinic for further assessment. Without the opportunity to clinically examine him in person, it is unfortunately not possible for our team to definitively diagnose or address the issue. We always strive to deliver the highest standard of care and to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly. It is therefore disappointing that we were not given the opportunity to review and rectify the situation directly. Our offer for a full assessment and any necessary corrective treatment remains open, and we would still warmly welcome your father back to the clinic to ensure his concerns are properly addressed.
