This clinic was great for an emergency short notice appointment while I was on holiday. The short notice fee was quite high but they did excellent work to make sure I could continue the rest of my holiday. Dr. Dora had a very comforting presence and was both professional and reassuring at the same time.

I would like everyone to take 2 minutes and read my experience to the end. I came to this office in October 2023 with the desire to change the units and twos up, meaning 4 teeth that have changed color. When I came to the office, Dr. Jurisic assures me that changing only those 4 teeth will not satisfy me and we come to an agreement that he will do all 12 teeth up. That's when my agony begins... 17.10.2023 I come and pay 34,809.36 kn in advance for 12 teeth. I am told that with this I have paid for everything, and that they will do everything to make me happy and satisfied. However, when they put those first teeth in me, sometimes crowns, sometimes veneers and a bridge in the back on one side, I had a horse's smile, teeth too big for my head, twos just as blue as when I came and why I decided to take this step. The bridge they put on me for seven and five made my life miserable, the seventh tooth was infected. You can only imagine the pain while they opened it under the crown and put medicine in it..I immediately arranged to have my 4 front teeth fixed, they put me in their arms and broke the permanently cemented teeth...they immediately put the others in and the same thing happened again, blue two, but now the one on the left has a round brown spot (they don't know how it happened to them). They broke the one and two (permanently cemented teeth) again, the agony never ended...after that there was another breakage...due to multiple breakages, my gums on the one pulled up permanently, now that one looks twice as big compared to the other. I asked them to print out the dates of every visit I had, every breakage of my teeth, everything they did because I wanted to file a lawsuit. However, I got a big nothing. I only have a bill that I paid in advance and not a single piece of paper behind it, and I used to come to that office almost constantly, sometimes once a week for a year. I hope that with this experience I will show at least a few people who Dr. Jurisic's office is and that they will think carefully about who they give their trust and money to.. I am now starting over again in another office with a periodontist involved because I have stopped smiling at all since then. They destroyed my smile and my entire identity

On holiday and broke a temp filling. This practice were good enough to see me within 24 hours. The practice was very clean modern and staff were fantastic. I expected the tooth to come out but he put a temp filling in so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday and sort it out when I get home as he explained it will be a longer recovery from an extraction, which never crossed my mind. Also should say Iโm a nervous patient since needing more than a scale and polish and all the team were reassuring and considerate. Would totally recommend if anyone needs urgent treatment in Dubrovnik. Thanks so much for sorting this for me.

There are no words that can describe the expertise, kindness and professionalism of the dr and his team. I completed four years of very problematic dental treatment, including many very complicated surgical interventions and finally aesthetic correction, and with these professionals I brought my smile and dental health to perfection, all with the enormous trust I gained in them. I went to her with a toothache. She checked me for just 2 minutes and told me to go to my doctor when I travel back home. Gave me prescription of paracetamol and bill of 800 kuna. She didn't even touch my tooth at all.
