Had a regular cleaning and then came back for an in office whitening procedure. Both were performed very professionally and everything was explained thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back

This is an excellent dental practice and you should have total confidence getting any work done here. I had a tooth extraction and the discomfort was as minimal as possible. The dentist and staff are very helpful and nice and you will feel well taken care of. If you are a tourist, the level of communication in English is fantastic. n the chair needs to be for that - in addition to being knowledgeable & patient. So although we were far from home, they made us feel like we were sitting with family. Needless to say, if you need any dental services in Mexico City, you can hardly do better that DCE.

I had a cleaning and checkup done. Staff is friendly, and their English is great. The dentist does a full evaluation and makes helpful suggestions. Facility is very clean. They will send your X-rays via WhatsApp too.

i just got a cleaning, check up and 5 fillings for under 9000 pesos and am very happy with the results. everyone who works here is very professional. only recommendation i have is to get a cheap borescope and hook it up to the tv, so people can see what is going on in their mouth, instead of wasting the tv to just say "hello *person's name*" on it. gracias!

I'm very happy with the doctors' work. My mother had upper and lower implants and is very satisfied. They were very kind and their explanations were quite clear.

I had three visits recently. On Monday, one cavity was filled and I was told that I would need a root canal for the other. Tuesday they worked on the root canal and told me that they needed to stop because there was bleeding. On Thursday they finished the root canal and told me I would need to come in the following Tuesday so that the regular dentist could do the filling. When I asked why the…

regular dentist had not been scheduled the same day as my root canal, after all they knew I would need this service in advance, they said that I had had an infection and needed three days to heal. This was concerning because at no point had anyone told me that I had an infection. No one prescribed me antibiotics or offered any form of treatment. So either they did not inform me about an infection or offer any treatment OR I did not have an infection and they were not being transparent. One of those has to be true. Regardless of which one it is they lost my trust. I ended up seeking a different dentist and I suggest you do the same.

Our dental team explained your treatment plan in detail, and that you were shown the corresponding X-rays before, during, and after each procedure. Additionally, we provided follow-up explanations via WhatsApp, to which you responded with satisfaction regarding both the procedures and the information given. According to your medical record, during the root canal treatment, the necessary medication was properly administered in preparation for the final appointment. The root canal treatment was successfully performed following the adequate protocol and medication administration. That final visit for your final tooth restoration was scheduled by you but later you canceled a day in advance. As a result, the treatment could not be completed. We were transparent and you were fully informed at all times and we can prove that with your medical record and Whatsapp texts. Our team is committed to ensuring every patient fully understands their treatment, and in cases such as yours, we make every effort to provide additional clarification whenever needed. Given the documented communication and your expressed satisfaction throughout the process, we are genuinely surprised by your recent review. While we understand that perceptions can vary, we believe your review does not reflect the care and service you received and may be misleading to others. We went in blind just based off the reviews and were a little worried but pleasantly surprised! The rooms are very modern and clean with the best technology, better than my local dentist in the US! They were very patient and explained everything perfectly, no issues with translation as they had excellent English from everyone. My only disappointment is they’re so far away from us otherwise…
