I didn't like the service; it lacked humanization, they didn't respect appointment times, and there was no priority given to the elderly. My mother had crowns put in, and in less than three months, two of her teeth fell out.

The wrong diagnosis put me at risk because I already had an infection. Another clinic found a fracture in the tooth, requiring a root canal. At Agami, they didn't see the fracture or notice the infection; they just told me to take painkillers. If I hadn't gone somewhere else, the infection could have worsened, causing serious health problems. The "quality control" department later asked me about…

twinges. My fear was that it was cracked (as has happened with other teeth due to my strong occlusion). She did a clinical evaluation and assured me that the tooth was healthy, only telling me to have it cleaned and use Sensodyne because of probable gum sensitivity in the area. I insisted that I didn't think it was the gums and that lately a lot of food had been getting stuck in the gap of that tooth - which didn't happen before. She was much more concerned with questioning why I hadn't been to the clinic in over a year (which bothered me quite a bit, and I pointed that out right away), than with taking my complaint seriously and doing a regular or panoramic x-ray. That morning (June 14, 2024) - less than 3 months later, I started feeling an excruciating pain in that same tooth, which quickly radiated throughout my mouth and face. I went to the clinic's emergency room, they did a panoramic x-ray and immediately identified a HUGE cavity requiring a root canal. I questioned the enormous negligence of the previous service, and they were "very understanding and polite." I was seen by the owner of the clinic, who is always very kind and competent, and instead of paying R$ 5,400, they charged me "only" R$ 3,200.00. Today's doctor says that it really wasn't possible to identify the cavity with the naked eye. But my question is simple: Why didn't Dr. Luciana Facchini pay attention to my complaint and take an x-ray or panoramic x-ray? Her purely negligent actions cost me a tooth, lost work today, and a financial loss that I cannot accept as fair. At the very least, she should reimburse the cost of the root canal. Even if she has to pay for it herself.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Thaina and she was incredible. She reassured me and made me feel safe throughout the entire procedure, from the anesthesia to the extractions, which were done at my own pace.
