requested a referral from a woman sitting at a computer whom I'd never seen before. She told me I had an appointment at 4:30 and the doctor had already left, so I'd only get a referral. Her words were normal, but her expression and tone of voice were unusual. I was confused as to what was wrong with her. The other people provided excellent service. The assistants and the doctor on Tuesday were all kind and lovely. I usually go for braces adjustments every Tuesday, and I see the same doctor or assistant. But I've never seen the person I'm talking about. I admit that I made a mistake with my appointment time. I've been doing this for years and paid for it. If the service tone and facial expressions could be improved, that would be great. The listener would sense the insincerity of the service. And other users who have experienced the same thing probably wouldn't be happy. Personally, I feel that the service is excellent. So, I invited a friend from school to get braces at the same clinic. And I was impressed by all the people who had provided service to me before. They were all lovely.
