The reception staff were friendly and the clinic was clean. Most importantly, the doctor gave excellent and lovely advice and consultations.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I am a tourist and I came to this clinic to fix my fall off veneer tooth. They did not help me in anyway, did not do anything to improve the condition of my teeth. temporary doctor. After that, I even had to keep reminding them to give me the bill for 20 minutes, because the receptionist and the doctor were serving another foreign guests. They completely ignored me even though I said I needed to get out of there soon to find another dental clinic. I didn't want to leave without paying the fee, despite the fact that it only took them 2 minutes to see my teeth and tell me condition. In the end, I had to spend 300 baht to pay for 2 minutes to check the teeth and waste my time here. The really bad service at this clinic, contrary to the reviews that have been written, left me disappointed, devastated and sad. I love Thailand very much, love the friendly Thai people. All services in Thailand are performed with a high standard, bringing total comfort and satisfaction to me. It makes me appreciate Thai people as reliable workers with warm hearts and with all both passion and responsibility. But this clinic has left me extremely disappointed. Luckily, I found a clinic nearby, the dentist at the new clinic spoke very good English, they helped me fix my teeth perfectly, did it thoroughly, cleaned all my teeth and I only had to pay 1400 baht for the entire cost fee. I am very lucky indeed. Warning everyone should be careful when using the service here.

Dear Mr.Tom Ng, We are sorry to hear about how you feel after your visit. However, there are some misunderstandings and wrong facts in your review that we would like to clarify. First, we received your booking through Facebook, you booked for a cleaning and checkup only. We confirmed a date and time as per your request for an appointment. After arriving 30 minutes late to your appointment, you notified our GP that you were here because your veneer has fell-off. A treatment that she was able to perform easily. After having started here examination, our dentist noticed that that it was not a veneer that fell off, but it was a bridge dislodgement and a crown fracture. She explained the situation, and the procedure to fix it. However, she explained that she prefers to refer you to our crown specialist. Unfortunately, this specialist was not available right away, and we would need to have an appointment to meet this specialist. Therefore, you decided to proceed to the operation in another clinic. Finally, following the results of her examination, she wrote a report about her findings for the specialist who will be looking after you. And about the billing waiting time we got our recorded on camera , from the time you step in, until your departure, and including the examination time was not exceeding. To conclude, yes, you were charged THB300 bath for the examination, which is a normal price in the industry. We understand that you wanted to be treated on the spot, and have a specialist available right away, but sadly it was not the case, and we are sorry for it, but letting such a review considering the situation is unfair. Importantly, they accept social security insurance – it's fantastic! I highly recommend it. It's located in Siam Square Soi 5, behind Bangkok Bank. It's right by the BTS station, very convenient. I'm very impressed and highly recommend it!

I've been going to this clinic for several years now, thanks to a friend's recommendation. They provide thorough support from making appointments to examinations, treatments, and follow-up checks. Thanks to them, I've been able to manage without any problems, only needing cleanings and maintenance. I'm very grateful.
