Dr. Da Cruz's care was excellent. I loved it; she's very professional and friendly. She's also surrounded by an excellent team. They made me feel very comfortable and safe. I left very satisfied and excited to continue working with them on the next stages of my personal health and dental hygiene project. Thank you so much.
It's a very pleasant clinic, from the waiting room to the examination room. The diagnosis was done very professionally; it's a clinic where quality and the patient are always the priority. I highly recommend their services!

Beware if you can't come back a lot after the work is done. I did have a successful experience 10 years ago, but I guess the Dr is now not worried about doing the job right. Dr DaCruz claims she put veneers instead of durable zirconia crowns, but also said she recommended another option back home that would work better? That was not the case. then return. I did so, and even after that she put in the veneers and afterwards saying that they would not be very strong, so to be careful. I had one tooth break the very next day. I obviously could not return and spend another two weeks (their manadate to have the tooth made and then placed). After two months another one broke, and then 11/2 months later another broke. Even at a local dentist this would be hard to do. All together now I have had 5 teeth break and another is chipped also. I am sure the other few will be broken before too long now. The answer from the Dr is to get with scheduling and schedule another appointment. It is warrantied. Why would I go back after all of this? Especially after the Dr said she told me before that I had Bruxism and Neurothopy and recommended Botox. She mentioned Botox to help afterwards. Who has Botox for the rest of their life to protect teeth that were placed and were weak? I have never heard the terms Bruxism or Neurothopy before, let alone a warning before my teeth were worked on. The office is very nice, it all seems great, but nothing is going to be helped unless I go and have the few teeth left with Veneers to be replaced. It has cost so many thousands to have them done one at a time as they break.

Hello dear Cory, we are very concerned about your comment and we really value your opinion. Unfortunately for us it’s very complicated to determine if our patients who have signed an accepted an informed diagnosis and treatment plan as you did, are really understanding the complexity of their case. In Dental Avenue our main interest is to offer the most conservative/functional approach to each case. In complex cases like yours the treatment needs to be performed progressively. If we would have done zirconia crowns from the beginning as you are suggesting we would have had a much bigger risk of you breaking the whole tooth (zr is much harder than natural tooth structure). Since you experience very severe bruxism, our treatment suggestions are always made based on your best interest. That’s why we offered you the guarantee of replacing veneers for crowns if they failed (consciously knowing that it would cost us double, just to offer the best treatment for you). Concerning the botox and neural therapy, you can research and find that it’s a widely used practice for severe bruxism like yours (which you promised you’d do, due to the complexity of your case). As always, we are more than happy to continue with your treatment and provide you with the highest quality treatments as we always have done. And if you still have this many doubts about your treatment we can always explain to you again the reasons why everything was planned the way it was, and how we recommend to proceed, always in your best interest. We got in at our scheduled time, office is beautiful. Friendly staff and great service. Waited less than 3 minutes before seeing Dr. Bonilla l, who is extremely very well prepared and professional.
