My whole family and I have been visiting Dr. Juan Carlos Castellanos for some time now. He is an excellent dentist and extremely professional in telling you what you really need and giving you the correct diagnosis. The staff is bilingual, and the service they provide is top-notch. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
This is the best dental care I've ever ever had! Dr. Castellanos is so professional, courteous, and friendly, and their staff make you feel so at ease… I highly recommend him and his staff to everyone!!

first or second visit. Who does that!!! It made me feel so welcomed). We share long chats, I never feel rushed out of his chair. He is very competitively priced ( and trust me I’ve researched). I have never gotten the impression that it’s all about money with Dr JC. In fact, he does so much extra and never asks for anything in return. It’s in the little things like this that will have me returning to Dr. JC and his very capable and friendly team at Dental Artistry for all of my dental needs. I’m grateful to have found them.

s an older man, I have developed a lifelong fear of dentistry and avoided having any care done until it became painfully necessary. I called Dr. Juan Carlos Castellanos after a recommendation from another patient. On the very first day, I realized I was in great hands. He listens to your concerns and follows through with the appropriate level of care. His care is guided by what is best for you and not what is most profitable. You can trust his judgement and if he consults another professional, it is because he trusts that professional to live by his very high standards of care. He painstakingly works to keep patients comfortable and will always stop to address any concerns. When he exams and develops a dental care plan, he considers your overall health care as it relates to your oral care. His office has state-of-the-art digital equipment designed to provide patient comfort and rapid turnaround for most procedures. They have an in-house digital lab that gives them great quality control with excellent precision. He speaks fluent English and communication is never a problem. I happily recommend him. I' looking forward to his care in the future.

e simplest and least expensive way is to fly into San Diego International, take the free city bus to the Santa Fe Trolly station, purchase a $2.50 Trolly pass to the San Ysidro border crossing, walk across the border and down the main street to the Park Easy garage where you’ll meet the taxi they have arranged that will take you to and from the office for $10. Take the trolly back to the Santa Fe station and catch the city bus back to the airport for $4. The entire ground transportation cost $19. ($16.50 for seniors) Dr. Catellanos’s level of care, personal attention and reassuring demeanor is well worth the time and effort. You absolutely won't regret it!

another thing: he's always very attentive to his patients in case any questions or issues arise after a visit, and he helps you find a solution. I drive a little over two hours to get to his office, but it's totally worth it. Without a doubt, the best. 👌🏼
I’ve Known Dr.Castellanos almost since the beginning of his career. He has always been a really polite persone and great work ethic. Really affordable prices and The best hands you could encounter, so good that now I have to Travel all the way from San Francisco to be able to see him. I don’t think I could go with anybody else but him.
I've been a patient of Dr. Castellanos for quite some time now. From the first time he saw me, I noticed the quality of his work and the passion he has for what he does. accommodating and they really know how to put your mind at ease. After filling out my paperwork, I was greeted by Dr. Castellanos, who was very warm and welcoming also. Once I was in the seat, they wasted no time getting down to business. They X-rayed me and let me know that I only needed one root canal rather then the two that I thought I needed. This was a telling sign that I was in good hands and wasn’t being ripped off, like I’ve often felt back here in the states. The doctor that performed my root canal was quick and precise, very efficient and made a point to take new X-rays throughout the process to make sure the root canal was done properly. The whole while I had people making sure I was comfortable and in no pain. This takes me back to Dr. Castellanos, who completed the rest of my dental work. What an amazing dentist, my anxiety was at a record low for being at the dentist. He got so much work done and I didn’t even have to spend the entire day there and the work was quality! And never did they let me experience any pain, any sign of discomfort on my end was met with additional numbing medicine, no question or hesitation, which I appreciated immensely. They keep you informed and let me know everything that was going on as it was happening which also put my mind at ease. I never thought I’d be able to get the amount of work that I needed on my mouth done in my lifetime let alone in a matter of 4-5 hours, I would sit through that over and over again rather then getting a single root canal here in California. I couldn’t believe my teeth when he handed me the mirror, I cried a little. I can’t say enough much I appreciate this entire office and the experience that I had there. I’ll never go anywhere else again. The relief of knowing that I was able to receive the best dental work that I’ve ever received and not end up homeless and in debt (lol but seriously) was truly life changing. Thank you Dr. Castellanos and to everyone else that works in the office, you guys are rockstars, recommending to every one that I know! Final words of advice, if you reading this because you’re searching for a new dentist, when it comes to Dr. Castellanos, DO IT! Like Nike, JUST DO IT!

Talk about professionalism! Went in for a diagnosis that was long overdue. Dr Juan Carlos made me feel comfortable and confident since the beginning. All long the procedure, which took about 3 hours, he explained what he was doing and constantly asked me for any discomfort or any break needs. After the surgery he explained the healing process and its procedures. All over great installations, friendly staff, but specially an Excellent Dentist! Blindly recommended
