s completely painless and carried out with a calm level of professionalism that I had never experienced before 🙏🏻 Last week, I returned to the same clinic for a dental checkup followed by a professional cleaning with Dr. Ice. She was equally professional and, on top of that, incredibly kind and attentive. Any anxiety disappeared immediately. Since I had been feeling a pulling sensation in the nerve of my molar on the left side while chewing, she ordered an X ray. The image showed dark areas on the back molar and the tooth in front of it. Today, I had the treatment for this issue. She first removed the old filling and then carefully drilled the tooth from the side until reaching the decay. Before and during the procedure, she explained every step in detail, always in a very friendly and reassuring manner. The treatment was completely painless. All my fears were taken seriously, and the procedure was clearly adapted to them. I felt no pain at all. The tooth is now free of decay and has a new filling. I can only repeat myself. This clinic and its dentists are truly exceptional. I am very grateful to have found this place and to be treated here. I took my five-year-old child for a dental consultation, but the staff said they don't treat children's teeth. I was very confused because my child already has a dental history here. I'm not sure if the pediatric dentist wasn't there or if the staff member used impolite language towards my child.
OUTSTANDING. Recently had 4 crowns and a bridge completed by Dr ICE, DDS. She communicated well with me and her work was top notch. I would highly recommend to other ex pats and everyone. inflated prices and lack of service that I have come to expect. Get your dental work done here, you will not regret it. What a pleasant experience.... and this is a dental procedure review! The crown required 2 appointments (impression and final fitting) while my wife also had X-rays and a cleaning. She was equally impressed. This ain't our first rodeo. Wife is 66, I am 71.
