n the left side (to replace an old mercury filling, not because of an urgent problem), and two adjacent E-max crowns on the right side. The inlay/onlay process involved multiple impressions (2–3 times) and remakes. Each time a new piece was tried, more tooth structure had to be removed to attempt to make it fit. Even after the final visit, the restorations never felt right — especially when chewing harder foods. I was advised to “observe and give it time,” but the discomfort did not resolve. After a few weeks, I got a second opinion. The dentist explained that the core issue is fit/precision: the inlay/onlay needs to be removed and remade. She also pointed out that the gap between the two adjacent crowns is much larger than it should be — floss passes through very easily and food gets trapped, leading to ongoing irritation and hygiene problems. Because of this, at least one crown may also need to be redone. I contacted the clinic to resolve this. Their solution was that I should return to Hanoi for further treatment (including free RCT if needed) and they would remake the work under warranty. However, after the results I experienced — and being told that most of the treated teeth may need retreatment — I do not feel comfortable returning to the same provider as the only solution. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they cannot refund because the laboratory costs/materials were already paid and the lab handles remakes. As a patient, my payment and treatment were with the clinic — not the laboratory — so this did not feel like a fair resolution. Bottom line: I paid for long-term restorations, but within a short time I was advised that most of the treated teeth may need to be redone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs high-precision, long-lasting restorative work.
We were very pleased with our visit! We were seen very quickly: we came in with a severe toothache and needed to be seen that same evening. We were scheduled right away and seen on time. Our doctor spoke Russian, which was very convenient. The prices are good, thank you for the treatment.

extracted and treated by any means necessary. 😂 I've already had three of my four wisdom teeth removed, so I have something to compare it to. This time was truly the most painless. Another huge plus was that they took my allergy to some anesthetics seriously and did a patch test on my hand to see if there would be a reaction. So, I've had about five teeth filled here, everything is excellent, much better and cheaper than in Bali😏 I'll come back for Dr. Ni's sake to have my last tooth extracted😊 I recommend him, 10 out of 10. I was very nervous and scared, but everything was great, as painless as possible. And yes, the other staff I encountered (the assistant and the girls at reception) were also pleasant, only positive impressions🥰
