Overall score
Dental 365 Hanoi is a Hanoi clinic with a notable unique asset: Dr. Avocado (Dr. Ni), a Vietnamese doctor who speaks fluent Russian and is specifically sought by Russian-speaking tourists. However, two credible international reviews document serious treatment failures (defective restorations requiring redo, crown falling out within 15 days, abscess), and one review documents upselling/overcharging by Dr. Nhi.
Authenticity

Invisalign, implants, crowns, extractions. -2 two credible international treatment failures: Tzviki Sofer (3/4 restorations need redo within months, crown gaps defective); Denis Tkachev (crown fell out 15 days post-treatment, abscess from bridge). -1 Dr. Nhi charged 2-4x price list for extractions (Kim Ngan). Like many others, I thought Dr. Ni was a truly great doctor and a good person, but behind that sweet smile and Russian voice that puts you at ease and makes you feel at ease, there's a completely different person. While you're paying and you have to ask for a review, everything's fine, and then... Updating my review after almost two years. Until I'd paid in full, my relationship with the doctor…

or was very attentive and friendly. But after I paid, I began to feel like the doctor (Dr. Avocado on Telegram) was increasingly enjoying taking my money and finding new problems that needed urgent solutions. Initially, I came with a clear request—a turnkey treatment. However, six months after the implant surgery, when the dental implantation stage was about to begin, I suddenly discovered that three or four more teeth had appeared in my previously "fully cured" jaw, which needed treatment and crowns. It might seem like a small thing, but when this happens unexpectedly and costs $300 per crown, it's an unpleasant surprise. Okay, I paid. The crowns were installed, and I flew home to Thailand. But just 15 days later, one of the crowns simply fell out. Naturally, I went to the dentist—after all, I pay for every flight to Vietnam and hotel stay myself, and that's quite expensive, especially when the problem wasn't my fault. We agreed that the dentist would cover the repairs. We also decided to have my teeth cleaned and fix a few minor issues. Incidentally, one of them was a spot on my front tooth that I initially disliked. At the time, the dentist said the only option was a full dental treatment and a replacement crown for $300. But when the issue was being fixed at the dentist's expense, it turned out there was a different solution. The dentist's assistant, who didn't understand Russian, cleaned the bridge quite aggressively during the procedure. I had a feeling it might be unsafe—and, as it turned out, rightfully so. About a month after these procedures, the bridge started to become loose. I wrote to the dentist again. They told me they'd look at the images and tell me how serious it was. The answer came quickly: "You're fine, the bridge will last a long time." However, about a month later, a large, purulent lump appeared on my gum where the bridge had been. And then the doctor said it needed urgent treatment. Unfortunately, at that point, I was having financial difficulties, and I wasn't ready to pay another $2,000-$3,000 to "make everything perfect," especially given my previous experience, which had seriously shaken my trust. When the bridge eventually fell out, it was impossible to walk without teeth, so I planned to fly to see this doctor on March 22nd. But as soon as it became clear that I had less money and was starting to not just pay but also ask questions and make complaints about the quality of the work, the communication changed dramatically. Responses began arriving once a day—at best. Messages might go unread for 48-72 hours. When I started to complain, they told me I was "getting into a fight." Meanwhile, the questions remained essentially unanswered. Ultimately, I decided to look for another doctor. I no longer trust this specialist, and I personally categorically cannot recommend him to others. At the beginning of our relationship, the doctor was literally constantly on my toes—he called and texted me and my girlfriend constantly, showing great attention and concern. But, it seemed to me, this lasted only as long as there was financial interest. When the money ran out and complaints about the quality of the work arose, the attitude changed dramatically. Now, my messages are read and responded to very formally, without specifics—as if the goal isn't to solve the patient's problem, but simply "win the argument." For example, they write to me: "Clarify the details, and I'll be happy to answer." But when I clarify these details, the messages are read—and the response is silence for a day or more. It's very unpleasant to invest a lot of money, to spare no expense for the sake of results, only to end up with a result that isn't what you expected, and then to be treated with such disregard. I won’t go into detail, but my friends also went to her and also complained about the alterations and flaws.
The receptionists were cheerful and enthusiastic. The doctors and nurses provided quick assistance with the dental examination.
The dental clinic was open and the lights were on, but there was no one to greet me, and I had to wait a very long time before I could be seen. Terrible experience.
I brought a foreign friend with me, and the clinic provided excellent support and easy communication.
The tooth extraction was quick and less painful than I expected. Afterwards, the clinic staff also inquired about my condition.
The space is comfortable, and the equipment looks modern. After the procedure, they gave very thorough instructions on aftercare.
I had four straight wisdom teeth extracted here, but they charged me 3 million VND per tooth, while the price list shows 800k-1.2-1.5 million VND for a straight tooth. The dentist performed additional services without informing me of the price. When filling my tooth, he wasn't focused and was looking at his phone, causing me pain. The assistants were very nice, but Dr. Nhi, the dentist who…

Dr. Diem was very gentle. I wasn't scared at all during the dental examination.
Dr. Nga's tooth extraction was amazing. She finished two teeth in 10 minutes, saving me all the worry and anxiety. Now I'm waiting for my Invisalign trays to arrive so I can confidently start the orthodontic treatment. 5-star rating!
Wonderful clinic, wonderful Russian-speaking Dr. Avocado! They cured everything! The cleaning was perfect! Thank you!
The clinic was clean, and Dr. Trang was very careful with the tartar removal and filling procedures.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted. I found the clinic by chance on Google—it was a great find. The staff was highly qualified, they took X-rays, and explained everything in great detail. There was a risk of nerve damage to the tooth, but everything went perfectly; they pulled it out in about five minutes. Special thanks to Dr. Avocado. :) I liked that they gave me some "small parts" for the…

Great clinic! I had two wisdom teeth removed here. I was terrified beforehand, but Dr. Avocado (a Russian-speaking doctor) calmed me down and performed the entire procedure very quickly, so I felt completely painless and relaxed. Everything was done in an hour, and I went out for a walk, happy with my prescription and in a good mood. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back soon. ♥️ PS: I didn't…

turn into a hamster with a swollen cheek the next few days; apparently the medications they prescribed really helped. 😁
The receptionists were enthusiastic and cheerful, and nurse Phuong was friendly and attentive to patients. The clinic was clean. I came with my mother for a teeth cleaning and filling. Dr. Nhi and Dr. Trang were gentle and very dedicated. They only advised on the necessary procedures for patients. 10/10
Thank you to Dr. Chang and Dr. Avocado for their excellent work! We saw a reel on Instagram from a blogger in Hanoi who had her tooth treated at this clinic. We also looked at gemini, the best clinics in Hanoi, and this one was also in the top 3 for Russian-speaking tourists. We arrived at the clinic without an appointment, quickly filled out forms, and went for a checkup with the doctors. In…

In total, we had two cleanings, six fillings for my boyfriend, and three fillings for me. Everything was very quick and thorough. Dr. Avocado speaks fluent Russian, and Dr. Chang speaks English. We also thank the assistants for the fast and high-quality cleaning. We have never seen such wonderful doctors with such high-quality service. What surprised us most was that there was no pain at all! Thank you for your professionalism! We will only go to you from now on.
