Dental 365 is an inner Hanoi clinic with a notable Russian-speaking expat niche, multilingual staff, and modern imaging. Two independent detailed accounts document crown failures and post-payment attitude decline, with refunds denied on defective restorations. The clinic suits Russian-speaking tourists but warrants caution for high-stakes restorative work.

After having a tooth extracted, you'll be fine after a short rest. There won't be much swelling.

The doctors here have a bad, unfriendly attitude, and that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the wealthy.

I'd like to share my experience with Dentist Ni. The doctor speaks both Russian and Vietnamese. This was a big plus for me right away—she was the only one who could explain to me the difference between a bridge and an implant. I've been to many clinics, and they all said, "Decide for yourself." I've had an implant done, had cavities treated, and had multiple cleanings with her. Honestly, every…

ery time I left feeling like I'd found "my" dentist. She does everything carefully, without rushing, and explains in simple terms what's happening and why. I'm especially pleased that after each appointment, she writes and asks how you're feeling. The clinic itself is also top-notch: clean and organized. If you're looking for a dentist in Vietnam who will make you feel calm and comfortable, I highly recommend it.

It was finally time to remove my wisdom teeth—something I’d always been scared of 😭 Thankfully, Dr. Nhi took great care of me! Over a few sessions, I had all 4 suckers removed, and everything went way smoother than I expected. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. …

A good, modern dental clinic with 3D imaging, everything is fast and accurate. I was treated by Dr. Avocado; he speaks Russian and English very well, making everything clear and convenient.

Like many others, I thought Dr. Ni was a truly great doctor and a good person, but behind that sweet smile and Russian voice that puts you at ease and makes you feel at ease, there's a completely different person. While you're paying and you have to ask for a review, everything's fine, and then... Updating my review after almost two years. Until I'd paid in full, my relationship with the doctor…

or was very attentive and friendly. But after I paid, I began to feel like the doctor (Dr. Avocado on Telegram) was increasingly enjoying taking my money and finding new problems that needed urgent solutions. Initially, I came with a clear request—a turnkey treatment. However, six months after the implant surgery, when the dental implantation stage was about to begin, I suddenly discovered that three or four more teeth had appeared in my previously "fully cured" jaw, which needed treatment and crowns. It might seem like a small thing, but when this happens unexpectedly and costs $300 per crown, it's an unpleasant surprise. Okay, I paid. The crowns were installed, and I flew home to Thailand. But just 15 days later, one of the crowns simply fell out. Naturally, I went to the dentist—after all, I pay for every flight to Vietnam and hotel stay myself, and that's quite expensive, especially when the problem wasn't my fault. We agreed that the dentist would cover the repairs. We also decided to have my teeth cleaned and fix a few minor issues. Incidentally, one of them was a spot on my front tooth that I initially disliked. At the time, the dentist said the only option was a full dental treatment and a replacement crown for $300. But when the issue was being fixed at the dentist's expense, it turned out there was a different solution. The dentist's assistant, who didn't understand Russian, cleaned the bridge quite aggressively during the procedure. I had a feeling it might be unsafe—and, as it turned out, rightfully so. About a month after these procedures, the bridge started to become loose. I wrote to the dentist again. They told me they'd look at the images and tell me how serious it was. The answer came quickly: "You're fine, the bridge will last a long time." However, about a month later, a large, purulent lump appeared on my gum where the bridge had been. And then the doctor said it needed urgent treatment. Unfortunately, at that point, I was having financial difficulties, and I wasn't ready to pay another $2,000-$3,000 to "make everything perfect," especially given my previous experience, which had seriously shaken my trust. When the bridge eventually fell out, it was impossible to walk without teeth, so I planned to fly to see this doctor on March 22nd. But as soon as it became clear that I had less money and was starting to not just pay but also ask questions and make complaints about the quality of the work, the communication changed dramatically. Responses began arriving once a day—at best. Messages might go unread for 48-72 hours. When I started to complain, they told me I was "getting into a fight." Meanwhile, the questions remained essentially unanswered. Ultimately, I decided to look for another doctor. I no longer trust this specialist, and I personally categorically cannot recommend him to others. At the beginning of our relationship, the doctor was literally constantly calling and texting me and my girlfriend, showing great attention and concern. But, it seemed to me, this lasted only as long as there was financial interest. When the money ran out and complaints about the quality of the work arose, the attitude changed dramatically. Now, my messages are read and responded to very formally, without specifics—as if the goal is not to solve the patient's problem, but simply to "win the argument." For example, they write to me: "Clarify the details, and I will be happy to answer." But when I clarify these details, the messages are read—and the response is silence for a day or more. It's very unpleasant to invest a lot of money, to spare no expense for the sake of results, only to end up with a result that isn't what you expected, and then to be treated with such disregard. I won’t go into detail, but my friends also went to her and also complained about the alterations and flaws.

The dental clinic was open and the lights were on, but there was no one to greet me, and I had to wait a very long time before I could be seen. Terrible experience.

Dr. Nga's tooth extraction was amazing. She finished two teeth in 10 minutes, saving me all the worry and anxiety. Now I'm waiting for my Invisalign trays to arrive so I can confidently start the orthodontic treatment. 5-star rating!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted. I found the clinic by chance on Google—it was a great find. The staff was highly qualified, they took X-rays, and explained everything in great detail. There was a risk of nerve damage to the tooth, but everything went perfectly; they pulled it out in about five minutes. Special thanks to Dr. Avocado. :) I liked that they gave me some "small parts" for the…

Great clinic! I had two wisdom teeth removed here. I was terrified beforehand, but Dr. Avocado (a Russian-speaking doctor) calmed me down and performed the entire procedure very quickly, so I felt completely painless and relaxed. Everything was done in an hour, and I went out for a walk, happy with my prescription and in a good mood. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back soon. ♥️ PS: I didn't…

Thank you to Dr. Chang and Dr. Avocado for their excellent work! We saw a reel on Instagram from a blogger in Hanoi who had her tooth treated at this clinic. We also looked at gemini, the best clinics in Hanoi, and this one was also in the top 3 for Russian-speaking tourists. We arrived at the clinic without an appointment, quickly filled out forms, and went for a checkup with the doctors. In…

In total, we had two cleanings, six fillings for my boyfriend, and three fillings for me. Everything was very quick and thorough. Dr. Avocado speaks fluent Russian, and Dr. Chang speaks English. We also thank the assistants for the fast and high-quality cleaning. We have never seen such wonderful doctors with such high-quality service. What surprised us most was that there was no pain at all! Thank you for your professionalism! We will only go to you from now on.

Within just a few months after treatment (performed in October 2025), I was told by an independent dentist that 3 out of the 4 teeth treated here will likely need to be redone. If you’re looking for precise, long-lasting restorative work — this was not my experience. (This review is being written at the end of December 2025.) I came to this clinic for work on four teeth: an inlay and an onlay on…

n the left side (to replace an old mercury filling, not because of an urgent problem), and two adjacent E-max crowns on the right side. The inlay/onlay process involved multiple impressions (2–3 times) and remakes. Each time a new piece was tried, more tooth structure had to be removed to attempt to make it fit. Even after the final visit, the restorations never felt right — especially when chewing harder foods. I was advised to “observe and give it time,” but the discomfort did not resolve. After a few weeks, I got a second opinion. The dentist explained that the core issue is fit/precision: the inlay/onlay needs to be removed and remade. She also pointed out that the gap between the two adjacent crowns is much larger than it should be — floss passes through very easily and food gets trapped, leading to ongoing irritation and hygiene problems. Because of this, at least one crown may also need to be redone. I contacted the clinic to resolve this. Their solution was that I should return to Hanoi for further treatment (including free RCT if needed) and they would remake the work under warranty. However, after the results I experienced — and being told that most of the treated teeth may need retreatment — I do not feel comfortable returning to the same provider as the only solution. When I asked for a refund instead, I was told they cannot refund because the laboratory costs/materials were already paid and the lab handles remakes. As a patient, my payment and treatment were with the clinic — not the laboratory — so this did not feel like a fair resolution. Bottom line: I paid for long-term restorations, but within a short time I was advised that most of the treated teeth may need to be redone. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs high-precision, long-lasting restorative work.

Reply from the clinic

Dear Tzviki Sofer, We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your treatment, and we understand your concern. With inlays, onlays, and crowns, it’s common to need a short time to adjust, and sometimes small bite/fit changes are needed after you start chewing normally. When you contacted us, we offered a free follow-up to check everything in person and refit/adjust the restorations under our warranty. We respect that you chose not to return after getting a second opinion. At the same time, we believe the best next step is always an in-clinic check, because dental opinions can differ and many fit issues can be corrected with simple adjustments. Thank you for your feedback. We’ve shared it with our team and we wish you the best with your dental care. Dr. Brian Pham Dental 365 16 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Yen Hoa, Hanoi

We were very pleased with our visit! We were seen very quickly: we came in with a severe toothache and needed to be seen that same evening. We were scheduled right away and seen on time. Our doctor spoke Russian, which was very convenient. The prices are good, thank you for the treatment.
