Another visit, if you can call a visit to the dentist a pleasant one - the extraction of a wisdom tooth was quick and relatively painless after the appropriate dose of anesthesia.

I highly recommend this dental clinic, especially the pediatric dentist. She is incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic. Our 3-year-old's baby tooth extraction was stress-free and pain-free. The dentist explained everything calmly, created a friendly atmosphere, and treated the child with great care. We are very pleased with the care and the results of our visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this clinic – especially to parents of young children.

I highly recommend them. I arrived there in the middle of the night with a severe toothache, which was quickly resolved. The staff is friendly, and the patient feels very well cared for. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

I deleted my very negative review of DentaMed posted here because I received a letter from their law firm threatening me with legal action. I'm not afraid of threats, but I don't want to expose myself to expensive and lengthy procedures. I thought we lived in a free country, but apparently I was wrong. I submitted the review under my own name, and the practice used my address, which seems illegal to me and violates GDPR regulations, which are supposedly intended to protect our privacy. The lawyer's letter addresses me as "Mr.," "Ms.," and contains errors, which rather made me laugh. I wonder if they threaten everyone who leaves negative reviews, or just those who have the courage to sign their real name. So, please draw your own conclusions from this behavior: when someone criticizes them by describing their unpleasant experiences, they only manage to threaten... Before my review was deleted, over 4,000 people had already read it.

The surgeon was great, no complaints about him. But the price over the phone to get my wisdom tooth was 700 zł including everything ( I asked a few times if the price includes xray and doctor consultation as well) but after the removal they charged me 1140 zł. Which is unacceptable. If you want to charge 1140 then just say it over the phone. This is just unacceptable. When I asked the lady on the reception why the price was higher she said she doesn't know! I mean WHO KNOWS THEN?

I highly recommend treatment with Dr. Furman, who approached the removal of my wisdom tooth with empathy and professionalism. I've been using the services of this facility since 2023, when I came in for my Sunday appointment with a toothache. Dr. Monika Majer saw me. She gave me an examination, X-rays, and explained the specific issue—the tooth needed to be opened, pre-processed, and then root canal treatment at the next visit or visits. She openly stated that the treatment might take several visits. As she said, it was. After the overnight appointment, I had two more visits: root canal treatment and a final filling. There were two more teeth that needed to be done "at ease," so I made an appointment, but they were just regular fillings without root canals. My teeth are still doing well. During one visit, I heard in the waiting room (the rubber ear did the trick) that the doctor also treats children (as one of the few dentists willing to do so) with anesthesia using laughing gas administered through a mask. And since my children have a hard time working with any doctor (to put it mildly), I think we've hit the jackpot here. We've been with each of our little ones. We've had standard fillings (in baby teeth, because baby teeth are treated!!!! We didn't know this before...), fluoride treatments, and two tooth extractions. They've always been professional, the approach to children is excellent, and the atmosphere is also great. Dr. Majer is highly recommended, both for adults and children. Professionalism, composure, patience, and a good approach to patients. As for Denta-Med as a clinic – it's clean and tidy, the registration is efficient, and the receptionists are friendly. The only downside is the practically inability to pay cashless. The terminal is constantly out of order. There's a Euronet ATM nearby, but for example, with my bank accounts, there's a fee for withdrawing money from it. A properly functioning terminal for cards/BLIK or the ability to generate a tPay payment with a payment gateway link sent via email would make things much easier.

I would like to draw attention to the behavior of the company's employees during the execution of the order. While they were on site, the stairs, along with the ramp for people with disabilities and strollers, were completely blocked by a company vehicle, making them impossible to use. This behavior not only inconveniences residents but also disrespects the accessibility of public spaces. I hope the company will pay more attention to how its vehicles are parked and ensure that similar situations do not recur in the future. Krakow, December 5, 2025, 5:20 PM.
