After reviewing the visit, we cannot agree with the entire review, particularly the section regarding the lack of justification for the treatment undertaken. You presented with pain and were admitted urgently the same day. In such cases, we are unable to precisely tailor the duration of your visit to the type of procedure; we reserve enough time to provide immediate assistance. An examination conducted by our dentist (he is a dentist with several years of experience) covering the area indicated as the source of your pain revealed several treatment needs. The symptoms experienced on the day of your visit did not allow for a clear determination of the causative tooth. The X-ray (available on a CD upon request) revealed dental problems, which we subsequently treated. When there are multiple potential causes of pain in one area, we begin treatment with the most likely ones; leaving them alone will require more complex treatment in the future. Medicine is a rapidly evolving science, but it's not always possible to make a clear diagnosis, regardless of the doctor's experience and knowledge, or the equipment available. We are sorry that in this case, we were unable to resolve the problem you presented with. We also regret that we didn't receive this information in the days following your visit – we could have then undertaken further treatment, especially since eliminating most of the potential causes of pain facilitated further diagnosis. Regarding the final cost – it included a total of three services, the price of which is consistent with the price list available on the website and at the registration desk. As mentioned above, each opinion allows us to draw conclusions for the future. Perhaps we lacked adequate communication, or the doctor didn't explain in sufficient detail why he or she undertook a particular course of treatment. You might not have considered the actions taken unjustified. Unfortunately, we can't change this, but it will be a valuable lesson for us. Best regards and best wishes for good health.

Good morning, Since the review contains inaccurate information, I will address the situation step by step. You booked an appointment for a specific service (you indicated this over the phone) that requires a specific amount of time with a doctor specializing in a given specialty. You booked the standard time for this service (45 minutes, not 30). Upon arrival, it turned out you were unsure what was performed at your previous office, and after an examination at our office, we determined that a different treatment was required (taking approximately 2 hours). This is a completely different type of service than the one you requested when making your appointment. Therefore, to properly and completely perform this treatment, a longer visit with a doctor specializing in a specific specialty is necessary – the doctor you saw does not handle this. Furthermore, you were informed that we could not extend your appointment because other patients were registered for elective procedures – which was of no concern to you. It's a big deal for us – we don't allow patients scheduled for a specific time to wait for an appointment because the previous person had an unscheduled service. Pain-related cases are a completely different situation, where it's sometimes necessary to see someone outside the scheduled schedule, but that didn't happen here. Moving on to the accusation of imposing unnecessary services – the doctor didn't impose anything, but suggested a different procedure that could be performed within the scheduled time. He performed a full dental examination, identifying existing treatment needs. He performed an X-ray, for which you were charged the price list – you didn't pay for anything more, despite receiving information on endodontics, prosthetics, and implantology, and the doctor fully discussed the examination and answered your questions. The examination was also issued in the form you requested. You didn't pay, as he put it, for sitting in a chair. A new appointment, as soon as possible, was offered. However, this didn't suit you; you expected the treatment to be performed despite the lack of availability. In our office, we try to approach patients' needs with understanding. We are aware that sometimes it is necessary to admit to a mistake caused by improper work organization or a misunderstanding, but in this situation your opinion is very unfair and selective.
